You're right. They are posting fake positive reviews. They lack education and common sense at this agency. The aides do not do a good job cleaning. I am giving three stars cause the supervisor is a very nice person, but whoever owns this agency needs to find a better quality of aides.

The worst home health care you will ever receive. These home health aides will lie, and cause all types of trouble in your family. I am living it right now. Nothing but drama from this agency. I am going to report this agency to the state.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The hha's are nothing more than troublemakers, and the hha's prey on old, vulnerable, lonely old men. These hha's use these old men to make extra money, and steal from these old men. Not just myself, but a few other families has reported about a specific hha that they have. Even though we provided all of the facts to this angency, they still sent back the same female. No Brains!!!

So now, its in the hands of the state to investigate them.
