I had 10 weeks of radiation. The doctor & technicians were top notch & friendly. My problem is, I signed an agreement to pay $100 / month. I never missed or was late with a payment, & was always 1 to 6 months paid in advance. I paid in full 30 months early.
Despite this they threatened me with, & eventually sent me to a debt collector.
They will admit over the phone or in person, that I never violated the payment agreement. They will not put that in writing incase it pops up in the future when I am applying for a loan.
This is causing a lot of stress after my cancer treatment, which is very bad.

They are currently seeing one of my loved ones. They are treating him very well and I feel very confident with the doctors abilities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They have a drop off area and wheelchairs inside for you to use.

I have had the worst experience. I came for routine radiation (no complications/no inpatient, no chemo needed), on an accelerated track, and my armpit was burnt and peeling. I rarely saw my doctor, I mostly saw a back up doctor, whom I didn't know. I was not contacted for a follow up appointment. My billing was billed a few times under the wrong patient account number. I could not speak to anyone but the office manager, Janice - who is no longer there. She did not return my calls. I have a $37 balance on my deductible, which I cannot seem to pay, as the new Office Manger, Shandria has not returned my call either. Message left on 9/1/20 and still no call back. I received a bill for $4377, for charges not outlined on my bill dated 8.25.20 and told I have to pay that balance before 9.9.20 and I believe this is balance billing, although I will contact my insurance company to confirm. They are contracted with my Insurance. I have EOB's they have been paid by my insurance. I cannot get a return call and will have to pursue other avenues to correct my billing error, quite possibly through Complaint processes. It is sad that you come to them with cancer in the first place, and then treated so horribly. I would not recommend this Radiation facility at all.

I was in yesterday and saw Dr. PATEL...he was the best doctor I have ever been to. He explained everything and put me at ease. He treated me like family and even gave me a hug when I was leaving. I am so glad he is my doctor...it makes my illness a little less to worry about.
