Worst doctor office , bad customer service I called several times to make an appointment, first operator answered and told me to wait 10 minutes instead I waited 20 minutes I called back again , the lady Jessie answer and had an attitude after I explained to her I needed to talk to a supervisor instead she caught an attitude and hung up in my face so now I can’t talk to no supervisor, this is unprofessional and really terrible , do better with these doctor offices ,

I have always admired the staff as they are very professional, Pleasant and polite, while working with patients or their peers. The office is always clean & I am impressed & appreciate their outreach to everyone who visits by displaying healthy information in the lobby @ waiting rooms. I really appreciate the way my Doctor takes time to make sure I am well informed on my routine check-ups. He is respectful, & very patient & I am happy with the services rendered by all.

Worst primary care service I have ever come across. I provided samples over 2 weeks ago called every other day after the normal 2-3 business day eta for results and 2 weeks later they finally tell me they don’t know what happened to it. Instead of calling me the day after they decide not to inform me of my own personal medical situation and when the disrespectful staff say they will call me back by the end of business day they close down their office with no news. They clearly do not care about patient health let alone basic customer service. “Beranda” and “Jersey” if that’s even their names are extremely disrespectful, lacking basic patient care and understanding. The front office doesn’t know what the back office does if I could leave this dump negative stars I must definitely would.

Never more than a 10 min wait to get in. Staff is so kind and personable. They make you feel at ease. Was expecting to see Dr. Gemayal, but was greeted by his NP, Tamika. She was so delightful! We went over all of my issues and she gave me a quick checkup. I left feeling like we had covered all of my issues. And Miss Angel......oh she is a delight!! I left with lots to do (appointments), but I am so happy that I took the time to get to my GP.

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff, from the front desk to the nurses , and the Doctor. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they could. My wait time both the waiting room and the exam room was short. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting room and the examination rooms. The Doctor were caring, concerned, friendly while maintaining professional care. Also the doctor was very nice and helpful in explaining how to take the medicine prescribed. The medicine was called into my pharmacy and was ready to pick immediately. I am very thankful for the care I received by Dr. Gemayel.
