I have retained Elderberry Care for the last several months to care for my aging parents, 24/7. Chad Chitwood handles the account and he and his team have gone above and beyond. I am very grateful for all that they have done and continue to do. I'm so grateful that I am moving my parents to an Assisted Living facility and will continue to retain Chad and his company 24/7. We have had several challenges with my parents and Chad's company has handled each and every issue with professionalism. I wouldn't consider using any other company.

We had a very positive experience working with Elderberry Home Health. Our Mom needed daily care for several months and Diane was fantastic in scheduling, making changes when needed and handling everything with the insurance company for us. I would definitely reccomend them!

I was referred to owner Diane Ricca, by a hospital employee after my father had a medical emergency in Palm Beach County. I had to drive down from Hillsborough County at a moment's notice and had no idea what to do. She spent a LOT of time explaining things to me on the phone and was able to send two different professionals to my father's home, on a holiday weekend. My father was re-admitted to the hospital and she didn't even bill me for the full, contracted amount. I was amazed. Ms. Ricca was so compassionate and helpful that I really can't thank her and Elderberry Home Health Services enough.
