Can't say enough about the wonderful care I received. High Springs location is easy to find. Routine exams, pap smear, breast exam, any labwork requested all done in one visit. Easy to use patient portal, very clean facility, all friendly knowledgeable professionals. Hardly any wait time, scheduled appointments take place practically on time. Multiple providers, excellent APRNs. They don't overbook. Highly recommended!

Palms medical is awesome, they are all super nice, helpful and caring. Leslie Waters is my care provider and she's excellent. She's great at her job and is knowledgeable, truly caring, compassionate, she always takes time to listen and properly handle all my medical issues. She always takes her time answer all my questions and concerns, and always makes my follow up appointments something to look forward to. The best primary care I've ever had. Thanks palms medical.

New High Springs office and staff are fine. Tired of watching my wife and daughter lose important appointments with specialists they have been waiting for months because Palms seems to be incapable of processing referrals properly or in a timely manner.
