Very friendly staff, many resources, and very accessible if you live in Amherst. My only hang up is sometimes communication is a bit mixed up due to certain systems not working, but that's technically Northamptons fault. There are also a small number of things that need to get done through Northampton's office but very rarely (if ever) one would need to go there instead. Usually they just need to call on your behalf and get some paperwork or something.

My only other heads up about this location is that since Northampton is the main office, the therapists/psychiatrists here may have limited hours at this location. Though they do everything they can to work with a clients needs and schedule, including getting paperwork done for transportation! So definitely ask about options if someone you really want to see can't see you at this location when you need them.
