I highly recommend Dr. Farhat. He took the time to make sure I fully understood my test results and future options. This was my first visit to this clinic, but I noticed how the full staff kindly related and cared for all their returning patients across the board. From the moment you walk in to the receptionist, to the nurse and a very knowledgeable and caring doctor….. it was an absolutely amazing and heartwarming experience to receive this type of treatment. I even had a conversation with someone that has family members that make a 3 hour drive to see Dr. Farhat. This means so much now days after so much has changed in the quality of service since the pandemic. I highly recommend Dr. Farhat, their staff, and their services.

Receptionist was friendly and fast. Triage was fast. The echocardiogram technician was very friendly and fast. The nurse her job, didn’t provide much information, was a bit rough placing the needle on my arm, I was bleeding on my way home took a while to stop it. Besides that I have always had a very good experience.

Had surgery on my spine. Everyone was wonderful, from check in to day of discharge. Could not have been better taken care of anywhere, in my opinion.
After spending 40 years of my working career in Healthcare. I tend to pick out mistakes and things that could have been done better, very quickly. I have no complaints, I received excellent care. If I ever need surgery or hospitalization again, St. Vincent’s will be my first choice.

I had a referral there in November however I had surgery and could not make an appointment, I call and leave messages. NO ONE CALLS BACK. I finally get through today and they are not accepting patients at this time I am crying while talking to her because I am now on day 3 of my migraine. She doesn’t even bother to ask anything just says I need a new referral and I have to go to Riverside. I live next to St. Vincent’s Clay. Then she says call the 1-800 number and hangs up. What’s that? What’s the 1-800 number? To who? Staff will always bring a physician down.

Amazing staff!!! As soon as you walk in, the wonderful receptionist greets you with a smile and never loses her smile! The nurses are amazing and very nice! Dr. Ventura is OUTSTANDING!!! By far the best place to go for neurology! Amazing! Fantastic!

My dad has declined rapidly in a week’s time. His gait has become unsteady and he is totally confused, almost like he has onset of dementia. He had an appt scheduled today to see the neurologist. I get a call this morning and they want to reschedule him because he had a positive COVID test in the hospital. They didn’t care that the original positive was December 30, 2021. They don’t care that he’s getting worse!! My whole house had COVID and 2 of us work in Dr offices and we’ve been back to work over a week but my dad’s mental health doesn’t matter!!! 😡😡😡😡 I hope they get karma and this happens to their families. The first available appt is not till March!!! What the hell?!?!?!?!

Great place. People are very friendly only draw back is having to wait for doctor Zubie for 25 minutes. But everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.
