After leaving this review a new Dcf case magically opened .. be warned Nichole and her offices want to destroy you and your family

They use dirty tricks to try and lock you down with them. Nichole herself told me I was in the best place for my son, she even had me check to make sure they took his insurance. She aloud me to enroll my other kids and set appointments up for them, once my other kids got on there schedule is when she told me she couldn’t see my oldest… the reason we went there in the 1st place and knowing it’s about a 2hour round trip. Set up to get 3 out of 4 kids and not taking 1 after assuring me I was at the best place for my son and what he needed then saying they can’t take him is bs and instead of getting my son help sooner we’re now weeks behind getting help all because of Nichole.

I'm not very pleased. My son's been going there for over a year. And seems things are worse now than they were before. Instead of fixing the problem they enabled the problem. He's more of a recluse and he's ever been and now he's failing school . Never consistent with the same counselor, the counselors changed four or more times, I lost count. I was really hoping they would help him, such a disappointment. And not just this company but any counseling it's not made to help it's just made to stretch it out so they can get money.

Mandarin location doesn’t staff their front desk during business hours, never have anyone available in-person when we check in or leave. My card on file was set to expire and declined. They also failed to collect co-pays during our sessions (card was on file for months). Balance accumulated and they told me that they would figure out the balance due and let me know. Instead of informing me, they charged card on file that had since expired and cancelled our appointment less than 24 hours in advance instead of handling their billing and communication professionally. Get it together because the actual counselor was okay but the office seems like a scam.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is extremely professional and caring, and I wish that I had gone to a place like Riversedge a long time ago.

Well, this review is solely based on the process of scheduling being that I never even had the opportunity to see a “provider”.

I called and was told there was a waiting list for new patients. I received a call a few weeks later and was told they would be sending links to create a patient profile where we had to sign disclosures and then could schedule. I guess an appointment was pre-scheduled on my behalf as I received a text saying so. I called the office multiple times and had to leave voicemails resulting in a draining game of phone tag.

After finally talking with someone they confirmed that they had scheduled an appointment (that we obviously missed) and misspelled our emails so we never received those links.

Fast forward, we made the profiles, signed the disclosures and made another appointment. We had an unforeseen family emergency that was of the utmost importance and was the only priority. I did attempt to call, but yet again no one answered. I did not leave a voicemail as I didn’t have time for that. I logged in to my account, made another appointment for over a month later and left a message in there stating what happened and they could charge us any fees for no show.

I get a lovely email this morning saying they will not see us now. This is the most unprofessional group. If money is the issue, a measly $200 is nothing to me, in fact I offered to pay that. But this is actually a blessing seeing that it saved us from future headaches with these people.

Totally put my family through Hell! Complete control freaks. Treated my son first and then referred him to another practice that specializes in his care. Then started seeing my daughter but made unrealistic demands based on how OTHER providers were treating my son. Nicole is the worst control freak and has not empathy for people. Unless you want a ton of extra drama in your life, stay as far away from this practice as possible. They don't help people the destroy people's lives!

Absolutely love this place. Definitely have recommended all my family and friends to them. Very professional and my counselor Yolla Bailey is amazing and has helped me in so many ways. She’s just the absolute best and I feel very comfortable and at home at this practice.
