The parking lot is always clean and free of debris. It has a wheelchair ramp leading up to the front door, however, you might catch me there walking up the ramp with my cane. 😃 There is handicap parking and I believe parking for a Van equipped to carry a wheelchair. Plenty of parking for everyone with different needs.

The waiting room is roomy and clean with lots of places to sit, a tv to watch, and a very clean bathroom.

The front office staff are friendly, patient and understanding. They are always happy to help me with anything I need. I can also call anytime, during business hours, and get thru right away. They are so hardworking and deserve a shout out!

The medical staff are very concerned with my needs and are eager to listen to what I have to say. They are extremely knowledgeable about pain management and offer a variety of choices for my pain.

If you are in pain and suffering, I highly recommend Premier Spine and Pain for treatment.

Out of meds over a week, called for 2wks, phone either gives error tones with message 'this number is not answering calls at this time, or rings and no one answers phones. In 2wks got someone on the line 5 times. The last few, i told them i was going into withdrawal, they assured me.
They were sending it to the pharmacy every call. They lie. Tried for days To get someone on the phone no one answers phones. GO ANY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!

I've been seeing them for over 15 years and they do nothing but push pot, and pain meds the mcclenny office has had two false positives out of that office that I KNOW of, Me and a guard I'll take a blood test I don't take any stimulant plus the nurses don't wash their hands or change there gloves to give the mouth swab
I'm 56 with 4 heartattacks stage 3 kidney failure high pressure and diabetes and they think I'm going to take a stimulate how fricken stupid are they

October/November 2024: 1st appt they wrote down the wrong time. 2nd appt they cancelled for me and did not notify me till I got there, then got placed to back of the line, taking 1 hr 15 mins just to tell them I'm doing better pain wise. On that same appt I was told they want to see me monthly, which is $45, just to get a meloxicam (NSAID) script that's worth $5. After my appointment I called to complain and got hung up on over 10 times before even speaking to someone. Each call was 1-5 seconds of silence before the hang up. Once finally speaking to someone and explaining for 6 mins w/out swearing, then waiting 3 mins on hold, I was hung up on again. I've never met a more unprofessional company in my life.

This doctor shamed me for being in recovery and needing pain management. I wasn’t an opioid addict but none the less he wanted to give me suboxine. I told him no and even throughout the conversation I told him I was sober. He kept asked me over and over youve been sober three months? You’ve been sober six months? I very clearly explained to him that I was a cocaine addict and yes I had tried several different types of drugs but I was in sobriety. He basically told me to go to someone else. Sad part is he refused me because I’m a liability but he’s prescribing to others who are obviously in the middle of addiction and not being honest. That’s really sad he needs me to lie to him so he can prescribe me pain pill’s and if he doesn’t know about my past addiction he can’t be held liable.

My phone suddenly went crazy, like it was possessed. The ladies in the front office took the time to help me with my phone, so I eventually got transportation home.

One of the worst doctors office I’ve ever dealt with never get through lines always busy or you get hung up on
