Visited Integra today, looking for an apartment for my daughter moving from out of state. Met Manager,Brianne, who took the time to show us around. The facilities are absolutely wonderful. The complex is clean and it seems that Integra thought of everything to bring luxury living to the area. Brianne took the time to call my daughter and help her choose the perfect apartment and answer any questions. She is so excited to be moving in . It has been a seemless transition. Hats off to Brianne. She is a hands on manager, helpful, knowledgeable, and gets the residents involved in this friendly community.

The home is clean. And price is reasonable and clear. The most important thing is that the leasing office team is the best I ever met, especially Gigi, Jubette, and Alexis. They always addressed my concerns immediately and ensured no issues were left behind, which greatly enhanced my living experience. I really appreciate their hard working and enjoy my current life here.

Pros : Good amenities , Family oriented, Gated community , Great Maintenance team , Friendly leasing agents .

Cons: Pest control issues we’ve seen bugs/Roaches both inside the unit and outside of our unit (Storage room area ,near other residents door, by the elevator, the apartment hallway. The bugs outside is one thing to be stressed about, but to deal with it in your home it’s very stressful! The Property manager is hard to get in contact with via phone and in office. Depending on what floor you live on the noise coming through the walls / ceiling can be a bit much sometimes especially if there’s a family with kids running around . The use of the garbage disposal can cause power shortages in the apartment, Experienced seeing a frog inside the pool and also one hopping around in my apartment, and different one on my patio. Overall the apartment community is good enough if you want a place to live solely for good amenities outside of that unfortunately I haven’t had a peaceful living situation here at integra park in the short time period of moving in. When checking out these apartments don’t let the looks of the amenities sweep you off your feet. Everything that looks good on the outside don’t mean it’s so great on the inside!

If you are in search of a home in Jacksonville, I highly recommend this place. The amenities are marvelous and the apartment homes are a nice size. The closest space is good, bathrooms are spacious, washer & dryer in each unit, with modern appliances and countertops in the kitchen. All the buildings have elevators and amazing views. The buildings have open-air corridors. That's a plus because residents are not forced to contend with stuffy, hot, and smelly halls. They offer garages and storage spaces. In my opinion, there is a lot for your dollar here. Rent is expensive everywhere, people may as well have great amenities with their apartment home, too.

Jubette is an absolute gem ! From the day we met just over a year ago when I made Integra my home , she made my process and transition so so smooth. I also just loved how engaged she is with me and my kiddos (and even my Mom and family who travel in from time to time always ask about her )as well as with all of the other tenants as we all light up when we see her come around with the most sweetest greeting everytime ! I’ve never felt so welcomed and I look forward to every interaction with her. Jubette , I hope you know just how much I appreciate you and how you’ve played a huge role in why I resigned another lease and why I smile when I see you . With much love , Leslie

This property is a dream come true for me and my family. This property has every amenity we could ever think of! The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Events are well planned and exciting. The entire leasing team is pleasant and extremely helpful in every way. I am so thankful that my husband and I chose Integra Park@ Oakleaf as our new home! Brianne, Gigi, Jubette and Alexis are phenomenal assets for the property and have done everything possible to make our move-in and our stay extremely pleasant.
I strongly recommend anyone looking for a new location to definitely consider Integra Park @ Oakleaf!!! 😍❤️🥰

I’ve been here for a couple of years now. I love it! The staff really listens to new ideas for the community and looks out for us. Bre, the project manager, and Gigi, her assistant, are always looking for new things that we can do to come together as a community. The residents are really nice. I really like my apartment. I have a two bedroom. The master is very spacious and the closets are awesome. I am in love with the master bath. Not sure if it is rhinos or people who live above me 😂 jk. The gym, pool, and lounge is awesome and we use them regularly. The dog park and dog showers are pretty awesome too! The rent is a little expensive but you get a ton of amenities and you don’t have to take care of them yourself. I think the smallest lease is 7 mth with the biggest being a 14 mth. I know the apartments range in prices depending on layout and location. There is garages that are connected to units as well as apart and I want to say that they are about $100 a mth. There are four outdoor grills. We also have a fire pit that some of us can never light. 😂There is a pool table and games. Understandably, they close up when the office does. The gym is always assesible which is a huge plus for me. There is outdoor games you can sign out in the gym area. A walking pond around back that gives some of the most beautiful sunsets. FREE coffee is always in the office area. Trash pickup is one day a week, I think. It’s a $25 add on. Wish I could cut that expense since I don’t use it but chop it up to we all need to do our part. Everyone on the lease gets a background check which is awesome! There is a community officer on site! He and his wife are super nice. Anyways, lots of good things and people here! I’m not sure what you are looking for but you can’t go wrong in picking a place that you can gym, work, study, and relax in.
