It was my first visit here, I took my four year old doodle mix to get a hot spot and his ears checked out. The doctors were very kind, gave my dog treats, and were gentle and slow to interact at first. They provided excellent recommendations for his issues. The best part about this visit, that stands out from all others, is the assistant showed me exactly what they would be charging me for, and even allowed me to confirm / deny treatments. I will absolutely return for any future issues. Thank you Orange Park Animal Hospital!

**Update to my review. Dr Gillen is the absolutely best vet in the world. They help in any way that they can. They get my animals in as quickly as possible. My roommate and I have quite a bit of animals and they are extremely accommodating. I had to have one of my rescue cats put down and he made the process as easy as possible. I thank him every time I go in. He’s meant to be a vet, a lot of people are in it for the money or to just have a good career, you can tell he has a passion for it. I greatly thank you Dr Gillen and will continue to come to your practice and recommend you to anyone that I know.

I’ve been through 4 vets down here in the past year, Orange Park is the absolute BEST. Would not go anywhere else, even if someone paid me to. They are absolutely fantastic, patient and amazing with animals (especially my overly anxious dog, Letti). They listen to you as well, if there’s a certain way that Letti needs them to do something, they will gladly try it. Never had I ever had a vet that will work with my Letti like this place does. Highly highly highly recommend.

Love this place. Both my babies come here and they are wonderful. Used the puppy plan for Loki for his puppy shots and his neutering. Great option in my opinion. Now with our newest addition, Thor, it was a no brainer to sign him up for the puppy plan too.

I had my first visit today after switching from my previous vet I had been with 20 years (had way too many staff/doctor changes) and I was very happy with my visit. They got me in within a day of calling to schedule and the doctor was very kind, informative and understanding. Happy to call this my new vet home.

Brought my kitten named Milton. Everyone in the office was amazing and super friendly. If you are looking for a veterinary clinic this is definitely one to go see. The doctor him self is super sweet and kind and wonderful will help you if you can’t afford it. He helped my baby boy big time. He’s definitely not in it for the money he’s in it for the animal. Which is definitely hard to find. I’ve done told everyone I know about him. Will be back. Please go see him you won’t be disappointed.
