Hallways stay trashed, residents put leaking bags outside their door and management does not address them or they don't care. Everyone is responsible for keeping the community clean, people need to get penalty fees added to monthly rent if they can't comply.

New management and this is what it entails! Leclair managers never allowed our trash to get this out of hand. This is unacceptable but yet we’re charged monthly for valet trash that doesn’t get picked up according to the new schedule!

I lived here for 1.5 years. So I must say that the best part about it was the spacious 2 bed 2 bath.I loved the apartment itself. Out of the whole time I lived there, my sink disposal only broke twice. All appliances worked very well and I used my dishwasher daily. When my sink disposal broke it took them like 2 weeks to come out which was ungodly! However, the next time was great! They came out in 2 days and. Fixed it promptly. The carpets weren’t new when I moved in and they charged me at the end to clean them which was also Ungodly! My elevator was always stinky and that’s just because the residents were nasty with their animals! Ugh! The apartment was fine my neighbors sucked though, the walkways were also very dirty as well, and the trash wasn’t collected in the best manner. I did like
The Price though. For me it was perfect. It was very clean, showers had great water pressure, etc. I loved my garden tub, and for the most part it was quite because I was on the 4th floor. Again I’m single so I don’t require much.

I lived on the 4th Floor which was good! I don’t have a family so being around all the children was annoying, they would pull the fire alarm periodically.

I would recommend living here . I gave 4 starts because of the apartment itself was great! The area is amazing as well! I love Oakleaf! Sad to leave

If I could give zero stars I would. New owners and management took over before Thanksgiving and it is gross. Trash is everywhere!!! Trash valet in details the trash pickup being loaded onto the elevator and left there for over a week. Nothing is clean outside no maintenance matters are being handled or repaired. When call office to complain told the. Just fix it yourself and take all the trash off elevator and put in dumpster. What!?!! That isn’t even my family trash we took ours and everyone pays Extra for these luxury services that don’t exist DO NOT SIGN LEASE to live here there are nicer places for cheaper around the corner….

Everything has been great about living here the past two years. Except I’m a type 1 diabetic and have put in 4 request to have my fridge fixed 4 times. As a diabetic I have to keep my unused insulin in a refrigerated area. I have stated this several times to management and maintenance but talk to someone different each go around. I now have a $1000 hospital bill and $2000 out of pocket for more insulin. I called the manager jens twice now who has refused to call me back over a weeks. The office told me he would contact me and we’ll as the maintenance team. I’ve already got my legal team up to date on what’s going on with the situation. Maybe someone will call me back. Don’t recommend moving here if you’re a diabetic. They don’t care at all, they just want to save their own money and time.

These pictures were taken on 11/9/2021 tenants are paying $30 per month for valet trash disposal, however no trash is being picked up and disposed of. The also stop pressure washing the walkway. They are under new management and it’s filthy and unacceptable.

New management is not answering work tickets in a properly manner. Trash is everywhere. I ask to be transfer to a 3 bedroom apartment and my rent will increase $550.

Absolutely horrible place to live. Expensive, nasty, dirty, trash everywhere, noisy, maintenance was horrific except for Charlie, no one cleaned up after their pets, etc. Lived here for 2 years it just kept getting worse.
