I've had an amazing run with Clay Behavioral. Dr. Menges has been working with me for YEARS and he's always been very kind, professional, and really listened to me. My Bipolar I has been treatment resistant and he has never stopped trying to find me the medication that WORKS. He finally found the medication and because I have no insurance, he has been working with me to get the cost to a manageable number. Could not recommend him enough.

I've also been working with therapists here for years. I started meeting with Chris sometime in 2016 and she was amazing, helpful, patient -- one of the best people I've ever met. I've moved to seeing Brice and he has been amazing as well and works with how my mind works versus canned, cookie cutter responses. Also a huge recommendation.

Y’all! I don’t do many reviews, but I had to. For the last 6 months, I’ve been in a bad way. Feeling hopeless and not good enough. I’ve to other therapist before. I was reluctant, but I needed help….and I got it! Ms. Monique, was and is, an actual God send 🥲. I was comfortable, didn’t feel like a number, cried bad and happy tears, felt seen, justified for how I felt, given tools to better me. Ms. Monique did that. She gave me encouragement, never felt judged or that I was a joke to tell over dinner. I can keep going on, but my baby has the flu. THANK YOU MS. MONIIQUE!!!! I really don’t know where I would be without you and our Heavenly Father 🥹🥲❤️!

I've been seeing Dr. F at this office since 05/2013. During/after covid, we switched to all virtual. At the end of each call, I would be reminded to stay on the line to schedule with a nurse. This stopped happening. The office stopped mailing reminders, stopped calling for reminders. I had my last medication refill in 03/24. I called to schedule a new appointment, and was told my chart had been de activated. They are now treating me like they have never been my mental health provider. STAY AWAY! This practice absolutely does NOT care about it's patients. They now want a patient of over a decade to come in to re do intake paperwork with an ASD Child due to their incompetence. -Stars.

95% of the staff has an attitude problem and they really don't seem to care about your personal problems. They just want your money and to power trip, making them feel in control.

Have been going here for services since I was 11 years old. Some therapist may not be a right fit for you but if you do ask they will find more suitable therapist for you.
Never had a issue with a psychiatrist, my first one was doctor Hassan who sadly had to relocate. She was excellent and my other psychiatrist Dr. F is phenomenal.
People have to keep in mind yes they are their to help you but everyone can have bad days so don't judge them on that. It's a part of life. <-- For all the posters hating on the staff members.

Irresponsible medication management. My partner came out of inpatient care and they consistently dropped the ball with his medications leaving him to fall back into a dangerous depression.

I began receiving services from Clay Behavioral last fall for the treatment of my bipolar I disorder in the wake of an insurance lapse. The therapist I met with was superb. Unfortunately I needed continuity of care in the way of prescriptions as well and learned late in the game CBHC professionals try not to prescribe lithium, which is a cornerstone of my medicinal regimen. I've enjoyed a couple of years of stability on lithium and am now looking for resources elsewhere.

Edit: Also, the office staff I interacted with were always helpful.

Med management here mixes medications unsafely, and ups doses on scripts that aren't working until they make you sick. Then they act like they don't know what made you sick. Ended up in the hospital twice because of them. If you are a parent of a kid going here PLEASE look up interactions for any medications they are prescribed.

The therapists in their system are actively harmful. They are not trauma informed, disrespect the limits of their patients' physical and developmental disabilities, and when their bad practices don't work, they blame the patient.
