I had a pleasant experience at Cape Coral Hospital. Upon entering the emergency room, I was in a room within 10 to 15 minutes very unusual. They decided to run an anabiotic‘s so I was admitted and put in a room and stayed for six days although sleeping in a hospital is not typical. It wasn’t typical for me either Nurse is going in and out. Staff taking blood and vital signs but this is normal in any hospital. I give a Kudo to Dr. Bello my physician in the hospital and the staff Wendy and many others that took very good care of me. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. My wife came to see me and parking is a bear. Found out later that they have a golf cart and an overflow lot in the back that will come and pick you up and bring you up to the entrance. Thanks again for the excellent care.

Sat in waiting room in pain over 4 hours .. they put me at bottom of priority list because apparently vomiting blood isn't important after 7pm nurses basically stop doing theyre job. atmosphere becomes relaxed and things now take 2x long to do.... I rather plan my own funeral than. Come here again

My mom was recently taken to the hospital via rescue, she is not able to make decisions by herself and we have a letter from her doctor stating that, even though his condition my sisters were not allowed to be close to her and even the security staff was rude with my younger sister. My mom suffers from Moderate cognitive impairment and been by herself in an unknown environment is not good for her condition. Recently was placed in a room and hopefully the experience from now on will be better.

I was admitted on Nov.19, 2024 and was an inpatient for five days. I cannot give enough compliments in regards to my stay. They were all truly amazing in every aspect! I would like to thank each and everyone of the staff from the Doctors, nurses, physical therapists right down to the others I had contact with for making my stay a comfortable one.
Thank you and I wish you all happy holidays, Lisa

Recently went to the Cape Coral Hospital by ambulance. I had symptoms of pneumonia. The ambulance and hospital staff were great. At the hospital I was checked in and looked at immediately. A battery of tests were done and I was seen by a doctor shortly after he got the results. Checking out was smooth. I highly recommend this hospital.

Dr. Keith Burley & RN Abigail.
Worst Dr & RN I've ever had to deal with! Since they can write lies into your chart w/o being able to defend yourself, I feel it's necessary for me to call them out. I've contacted the complaint department about this matter. I WILL be following up with them.

I was transferred to Cape Coral from HCA FSED on Pine Island. I was on an ED hold from 2am till 7pm the next day because there were no rooms. The ED staff was very caring and took great care of me. The Lee Health hospitalist group was awesome, the surgeon group on call was great. I had Dr. Adriana Argenio, she was on call the entire time I was there from 12/30-1/2. Once I got a room I had the best care from James and Ana, the RNs! I was in room 278 and was not disappointed in my care at all. The cna team was great too!
I was so scared to go here based on what I had heard, I was very well cared for and they made me feel very safe and not just a number.

My fiancée had went in for breathing problems. He had a bad experience all around from start to finish. A hispanic nurse had the audacity to mimic his wheezing saying “see I can do that too” then proceeded to tell him that maybe it’s all in his head. Unreal. Then he had coughed up stuff he needed to spit out, mind you there was a garbage right there. The Dr. told him he’d have to wait for someone to bring a cup which then arrived a couple minutes later. By that time he had swallowed what he wanted out. The Dr. didn’t bother explaining his diagnosis, just said he had pneumonia. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the behavior of these so called “healthcare professionals”. You’d think that they would empathize with the patient instead of making fun of them. To think that these are the kinds of people taking care of others is disturbing to say the least. Neither of us will ever step foot into this ER, even if we’re on our death bed. I highly recommend everyone else to go somewhere else where they take you seriously and are compassionate instead of arrogant and ignorant.
