Staff are friendly, and welcoming . Nurse Amy and Dr. White were especially kind, I enjoyed their intellectual curiosity and integrity around healthcare practices, that rise above the current norm.

I have visited the clinic twice and everyone was friendly, thorough, and took their time in explaining stuff-starting with registration, x-Ray staff, and the nurses. It is a 5 star place in my opinion.

Jennifer, the Nurse practitioner was amazing. Brought my 2 yo in for breathing issues, we’re visiting from out of town. Related to us well; helped quick & efficiently, gave clear information & directive. Triage nurse was great as well. In & out within 45 minutes

I just love the people here. Jan has been my doctor for 20 years and is phenomenal at what she does. Dina gave me some advice that saved my life too. Dr. White takes great care of my 3 daughters, as well as Jennifer at the walk in clinic too. And Lori is always so pleasant at the counter! These people are like family and always know I’m in great hands!

The place was clean, quick, and the guy who took my vitals was very nice but the NP was rude and zero help. Waste of time and money. She barely would listen to my symptoms and just kept telling me it was altitude sickness when clearly I have an upper respiratory infection. She needs to learn some bedside manners and how to listen to her patients.

I have brought my mom here a couple times. I had to come here today. I have to say in all my years (and I’m a grandma), I have never been to a more kind, thorough, treat you like a human being and not cattle, clinic or hospital. I was self pay and was so worried. It was shockingly reasonable

Waited for hours in the parking lot puking with the flu by myself two weeks ago. Now having to wait hours in the parking lot with an autistic 3 year old who can't stop coughing and is belly breathing. Waited almost 3 hours for a prescription of antibiotics for an ear infection and recommended Zyrtec for his cough that he has had since 11/22 and it is now 12/4. Very unimpressed, to say the very least.

Came up from Salida, was told to be there by 1 and they’d see us. Get there at 1245 and was turned away. Don’t trust what these people tell you.Update: We drove from Howard (29/Jun/24) and passed Salida's ER to come to your Urgent care for stitches because when we called, we were told we could see the Dr as long as we were there by 1:00 for urgent care. And they knew he had a severe cut on finger. We got there and there was a sign on the door that they had reached capacity and the door was LOCKED. I called and someone came out at the same time, so I went in and the front desk person said they would not take us as they had too many people and the dr. had to leave by 1:00. I stated that we were the people that had called and been told that it was ok to drive the 30 minutes past Salida to come there and we would be seen by the dr. Were told (just as your reply here on google reviews states) that as long as we were in by 1:00, we would be seen even if it meant the dr had to stay longer and they knew it was going to be stitches. We had come all the way from Howard - about 1 hour drive and were told to turn around to go back to the Salida ER 30 minutes further. VERY BAD for a RURAL location. If we call and are told to come in, it should be honored. If there is a chance that you will close and Lock the doors, you should tell people that when they call. Especially if they are passing an ER on the way AND everything in this rural area could be hours apart!!! Thank goodness the Salida ER people were super nice. This location was NOT.
