My children currently goes to this doctor office and have been for the past 4/3 years. I absolutely do not like this doctor office. The husband is okay but the wife is very rude. My daughter is going on 3 years old on the 30th and just because my daughter doesn’t speak to her while we’re at a doctor appointment, she suggest me take her to a specialist thinking she’s delayed after I told her my child is actually smart for her age and can hold a full blown conversation with an adult. Also my daughter has been having a runny nose literally for months nonstop and the dr assumes she’s not being taken care of. I’ve stressed to her multiple times about my daughter’s health and she just doesn’t want to take me serious. They also NEVER answer their phone! Absolutely do not recommend this office. I’m currently in the process of switching doctors.

I enrolled my kids with this doctors office and when i called to schedule an appointment they told me they weren’t taking in new patients when a month before i called and got them set up there. Unbelievable. Another thing every time you call prepare to be in hold for at least 15 minutes before someone takes your call...... glad i never took my kids there.

I would not use Dr. Olga Fraga's office if your child has a chronic or long-term illness. They REFUSE to fax referrals and give you the run around. The voice-mail boxes are always full and the receptionist avoid doing their jobs at all cost. They should be investigated for this gross medical neglect.

This place is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been too. It’s an hour or more before you are even seen. The place is extremely dirty and stinks. When you call, your normally on hold for 40 min or better and they never send paperwork when they are supposed to. I’ve changed Doctors ASAP

They make you wait forever in the phone line just to make a simple appointment or to reschedule and they don't call in advance ahead of time at least a week to let you know you have a appointment they call you last minute so you have no time to organize anything. They need more better customer service on the phones and when to call back to remind people with their appointments and such, they're ridiculous not professional at all.

Called for a refill for a script they previously refilled and they denied without properly reducing the dose so I had to go to the emergency room...they don't speak or understand English well.
