Lehigh Regional Medical Center provided exceptional care for my eight-year-old son during a recent asthmatic episode. From the moment we arrived, the triage nurse Stephen was attentive and quickly assessed his condition. The entire staff acted promptly, ensuring he received the necessary treatment without hesitation. Dr.Glenn even had a tissue basketball shoot out with my son. I am beyond grateful for their outstanding care and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. Thank you to the amazing team for taking such great care of my little one!

Secretary for 2nd floor (Lacey) extremely rude and mean. Denying me the right to speak with my family member nurse Ashley after my family member added my name to the pt’s chart and all permission has been given. I asked her several times to let me speak with the nurse I just had a simple question amd she denied me the right to and refused to let me speak with the nurse or charge nurse Ashley because she learned i was a registered nurse myself. Tomorrow first thing in the morning i will be calling nursing administration to make a thorough complaint because i myself deal with family members all the time and I would never behave like this. This is unnaceptable.

I had a pleasant visit to the ER at Lehigh Regional. The staff was very attentive to my needs. Dr. Pedro Ramos was phenomenal. He explained every process along the way and was very informative. My visit was quick and I felt assured and confident I was healthy enough to go. I will def. Recommend this facility to my friends and family. Thank you for your care.

Supervisor and RN Mrs. K is very understanding and very knowledgeable about medical advice. She seeks to help her patients and make a difference at her job and I appreciate and respect her for that. Many people won’t give me the time of day to hear what I’m saying but he heard me and I appreciated that more then seeing the doctor itself! Dr Jean is also amazing he was welcoming and very supportive and helpful!

Worst treatment my brother ever had. If there was a way, I would not had given them even one star. One day, they say one thing and the next day they say another. The person in charge of rehab was really bad. He even told my brother that he was fat and that’s why he wasn’t be able to walk. Yes, my brother is very overweight, but that’s not the way you talk to patients. I was very very disappointed.He was not compassionate at all. I’m glad we took him to another hospital way much better better in every way. He was treated differently

I have had a lot of health problems in my life won’t get into that but with that being said I’ve been to a lot of hospitals in my day and this one is pretty dang good this was my second time being admitted here and I feel like they did a great job taking care of me they listened to everything I said ran all the test they need to run to get me back right I’ve gone to those hospitals that everybody says are the best and felt like just another patient here I felt like they actually cared thank you so much everyone who helped me

From admission to been seen was within the hour of arrival for lower back pain , everyone from reception to nurses and doctor were very professional they conducted an assessment for my emergency and work as a team to quickly resolve my problem. I went in all
Crouch in barely able to walk to a couple hours later able to walk on my own straight. Very happy now at home recovering well with a good protocol. I have a herniated disk and or a dis bulge L1 and S1 condition.
Thank you to all the staff at Lehigh Hospital for their patience and professionalism.
