Imagine your appointment is at 8:15 then it’s 10 o’clock you are still in the lobby waiting. When I go talk to them, they just tell me oh we only have three doctors and they are behind😡it’s none of my business just don’t over schedule people. Finally, you got call just to be seating again in the hall way after your vitals are taken because no available rooms. It’s 10:37 I’m still waiting to be seen just for an X-ray results. It’s time for me to find another pediatrician for my kids!

No wonder the overall rating is low below and below the acceptable raiting
My name is Ramon Gradiz and writing this review in behalf of my wife Criseyda Hurtado who she have an appointment today at 10:45 AM and as of this time 12:35 she has not been attended; she did not reviewed all the postings reviews before she chooses this entity for a medical group!! After waiting for my wife for such a long period of time I finally asked the service personal for my wife’s status and asked them the reason of why she has not being attended she stated the simple because there were patients with different conditions that needed longer periods of time to be attended and they were running behind!! Was then when I decided to go over the reviews and came across the real reason “TIME MANAGEMENT AND ATTENTION TO PATIENT “ is extremely poor! For what I suggest to future and possible patient go to the reviews before make a decision !!!

I went here for a serious problem I was having concerning my health i scheduled my appointment a month in advance I was treated as if I was a problem I payed cash for my appointment the lady would randomly stop checking me in on the computer she would stare at me periodically as if she was upset.. i thought maybe there was a problem or she needed more information when I ask she said “no” then she would go back to checking me in.. I felt uncomfortable and nervous as it was my first time at this place.. When my appointment was over I was rushed out and told where to pay by the lady yelling and pointing and saying “just go over there” she would watch me as if she thought I was gonna run out. People here are very rude and unprofessional.

My son has been seen here since sometime last year. I recall when we first went, we were told his teeth were in very good shape for his age (8), compared to what they are used to seeing for that age group. They said typically kids that age have mad cavities, and have to get fillings and even crowns and such. Then, I also recall them in the next visit telling me he has 6 cavities, most of which being on baby teeth. They talked about scheduling to come back in for them to paint his teeth with a black dye substance that helps to slow down a cavity from worsening.
We scheduled for one of the adult teeth to be filled not too long after. My son doesn’t do too well having to sit still or with doctors. He jerked, causing the dentist to slip and catch his lip with the needle. I get that. But his tooth isn’t but so big with him being a child and all. She seemed to have drilled quite a bit of his tooth, in my opinion. Then, they did have a heck of time trying to pack it because again, my son doesn’t do well sitting still. They maybe could have handled him and his uneasiness a bit better, but I didn’t say anything about it though bc I know how he tends to be a bit much to have to deal with in this respect at times. We all did the best we could though. He has had sensitivity in this tooth ever since, which upsets me very much so.
Moving on… they recommended to have the remaining 5 cavities filled at a dental surgeons office in Ft Myers so he can be put under since he cannot sit still without freaking out. That appt was today. It was for the evaluation. The surgeon said his teeth are healthy looking and that he will not put a child under general anesthesia for minor surface cavities. He said they are on baby teeth (he will lose them soon anyways), on the surface, and nothing to be too concerned about. He said as long as he we continue to care for his teeth as we have been, he will be just fine and there is no need to mess with his teeth.
Oh. And I can also relate to some of the other reviews in regard to the appt situation. We have arrived early every time and was left sitting there for an hour or longer, watching others who come in after us be seen first. One time, they almost forgot about us. We were the last ones left waiting in the lobby one time. If I didn’t say something, I bet they never would have called us. I find this odd too, considering the amount of staff they have there.
I feel like the large number of people working there and lack of communication may be the issue with that. We are livinga in a really scary generation of medical “professionals” nowadays. I have to go to medical and dental school myself just to make sure I know these doctors know what they are doing. You cannot trust anyone out here with your teeth, health, etc. I can see why some folks don’t like being seen by anyone. Just have to be vigilant and discerning.
One last thing…
I went in last week to sign off on getting his records sent to me so I can go back and track all that was said and done during these visits, right? No one asked me for my ID or insurance card to verify who I was. This was a bit concerning to me. I m sure they can match my signature up to what they may have on file, but still. You know?

I would give them 0 star. I scheduled appointment as new patient since april and they only had availability for september so i took it. They just called me now 1 week before my appointment to say they had to cancel it, after i had been waiting 5 months for this appointment it is a slap in the face, very unprofessional. I will be looking for another office for primary care.

During my 1st trimester I kept getting my appointments rescheduled. I also had bv/yeast infection for a couple months and told my doctor(s)/nurse(s) about it but I never received any help; my issue wasn't being taken seriously. Had to go to the hospital to get some good care because it was getting bad. Stopped going to my prenatal checkups because the lack of help I was getting but was told by the doctor at the hospital to go back for babys sake. So I did and they asked why I stopped coming in and when I told them exactly why they gave me attitude. "If it bothers you so much take the prescription the doctor at the hospital prescribed you," ... nah duh.

Lehigh acres dental is a joke my child had an appointment at 9 am arrived at 8:47 am. Every patient that came in after was seen before my child. I waited until 9:45 am and still was not called. I walked out. I am trying to understand how that is possible however I have found another dentist if I could give 0 stars I would no respect for patients time
