I am absolutley disappointment of how I am been treated. I made an appointment for a zoom call to get my lab results, thinking that this is very convenient and I don't have to lose time at work. Unfortunatley, they first changed my appointment time without asking me firsts, then they want me to talk to a doctor I have never seen and who knows nothing about my medical history. When it finally was time for the appointment, I am stitting here, waiting for over 30 minutes for the doctor to join the meeting. I called the office only to be connected to a voicemail that doesn't want to record any messages. Then I called again, just to be told that the doctor is busy with another patient and will join me in about 10 minutes. That is the worst ever. What is the point of making an appointment if nobody is there to talk to you. Needless to say I am still waiting, 40 minutes later. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I think I will be looking for another doctors office.

This place is a joke. Front desk are not professional at all. Hanging around not greeting patients or asking for required documents. I checked into kiosk then took a seat. No one made sure I was checked in. Sat waiting for a while and seen how unprofessional front desk was and left. Medical staff have strong accents and when they speak it’s hard to understand. You have to be Haitian or Latin to some what understand them. I would NEVER recommend anyone here

I just had the worst experience ever in this medical office. I have never heard of a PCP (Primary care Physician ) That rejects to see a patient because they have a cold per office manager Barbara Lalanne. To make the story short, I called to schedule an appointment because I have a cold, when I arrived to this office I was triage and right after send back to the lobby after waiting for 20 minutes in the lobby, the office manager told me not until I would get a Covid test I cannot be seen. I explained to her I did get a Covid test at home & it was negative. She didn’t care. She said it had to be a professional Covid test from a professional place, funny how she is basically telling me they are not professional because they don’t do Covid test. After this, she told me they could not see me until they had results for Covid test. I obviously called my insurance right away and put a big complaint. Insurance told me, “Your primary care physician cannot reject to see a patient No matter If you have a cold, the flu or Covid, they need to evaluate you”. They can start praying that I don’t get worse because I have asthma and if I do get worse, they are in trouble. Worst clinic in the universe. I wish I can rate them -0

I recently visited Sante Plus Medical Center in Lehigh Acres, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience due to the poor management and disorganized staff. It was evident that most of the employees lacked the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

During my visit, I needed my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. The front desk lady assured me that she would inform the doctor to handle it. However, a few hours later, I received a call stating that I needed to come in for lab work before the prescription could be processed. This made no sense, as I had been on this medication for a while. When I went in for the lab work, the medical assistant struggled to draw blood, poking me multiple times and leaving me with several bruises. In addition when the medical assistant was done doing my triage and put in my vitals on the computer, he left the room and left the computer unlocked exposing all the schedule to my view. This is UNACCEPTABLE, in any way possible. I literally saw all the patients information for that same day schedule and I had to call this medical assistant back to the hospital I’m and ask him to lock the computer and to be careful next time because that same way any other person wants they can read all that and put my personal information also at risk. He apologized and locked the computer only after I asked.

The main reason I was a patient at this location was because of Dr. Angel Colón Santiago, who provided exceptional care, treating me like family and always listening to my concerns. Unfortunately, I found out she no longer works there. Without her, I have no trust in the remaining staff, and I have decided to terminate my relationship with this medical center immediately.

I sincerely hope to find where Dr. Angela Colón is practicing now, as I would follow her without hesitation. As for Sante Plus Medical Center, I cannot recommend it due to the unprofessional and incompetent management and staff.

Very disorganized, and it's hard to understand a lot of the staff.

I arrived on time but it took a while to see anyone because there was only one doctor working. He wasn't the one I made an appointment for and I only found out they weren't there after I got there.

The intake nurse called me by my middle name and I would often have to use different words because she didn't understand.

Was left in a cold room for a while before the doctor finally saw me. He thought I was only there for nausea, which I reported to the nurse but I was really there for an annual checkup. He never asked what was going on or for specifics and was in the middle of telling me I was on too many medications before I had to tell him I was there for an annual checkup.

I came by a few days later for scheduled lab works and was given a cup to pee in. I was never told beforehand that there would be a urine test so I was empty and spent the next few hours trying to push out what wasn't there before giving up.

I want to share my recent experience with Sante Medical Center in Lehigh Acres to warn others about how disorganized and unprofessional this place is. My wife was a patient there, and the only reason we stayed as long as we did was because of the extraordinary care provided by Dr. Angela Colón Santiago.

We recently went in for an appointment, only to find out that Dr. Colón Santiago no longer works there. My wife immediately expressed that there was no reason to stay, as Dr. Colón Santiago was the only one who truly listened to her and took her health seriously. She is an extremely kind person who genuinely cares for her patients, and her departure is a significant loss for this clinic.

Without Dr. Colón Santiago, my wife no longer feels confident in the care provided by Sante Medical Center, so we have decided to terminate our relationship with them. We are now searching for Dr. Angela Colón Santiago's new practice, and we will gladly travel any distance necessary to continue receiving care from her. She is the kind of dedicated and compassionate doctor that is sorely lacking today.

I strongly advise anyone considering Sante Medical Center to look elsewhere. The management is a mess, and the absence of Dr. Colón Santiago only exacerbates the clinic's shortcomings.
