Overall the nurse staff was amazing, OR staff was amazing, even front desk and registration did wonderful taking care of me. Now here's where the 3 stars come in....I've had 3 miscarriages back to back in a year followed by an ectopic pregnancy that required emergency surgery. They put me in the maternity ward to recover. Do you realize how absolutely traumatizing it is to try having a baby for years to fail over and over and have to be in the same unit as new mother's with their newborn babies and listening to them all cry all night long? My mental health took a giant hit from that. I'm straight up disgusted that ANYONE thinks that is acceptable. SHAME ON YOU.

Hope you plan on having a heart attack between 7am and 7pm.. otherwise you’ll get to wait until then to be seen by the cardiologist. This place is an absolute joke. Dad had a heart attack last year so we know what this process is like… this hospital doesn’t. No wonder this was the only place within the midland/ Odessa area with open beds. Not even sure they have ever dealt with anything heart related. Was there for HOURS before we even got an EKG. You’d be more safe if you just go ahead and drive to Lubbock.

We have been in the ER since 1:00 pm, it is 6:03 pm and nothing. We brought our daughter in because she is 10 weeks pregnant and is having some issues. We were called back at 2:51 pm they took urine samples and drew blood. An ultrasound was ordered but nobody has any idea how long it is going to take because they are on call. The nurse only popped his head in for seconds to collect the sample and hasn’t been seen since. 6:08 we were told they called the person in to complete the ultrasound. Where is she coming from? This is a sad place with no urgency. I thought it was an emergency room? Worst hospital!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review, from the start to mid-finish our experience with the Odessa Regional Medical maternity services has been nothing short of a horrendous experience. From very poor interactions with security staff to us feeling like our newborn child is a un-necessary cash cow, to medication that was over-dosed to mother, to the absolute contradictions of statements made interdepartmentally, to the emotionally draining experiences with some of the medical staff, we knew this experience was not going well when we felt like we had to start documenting our experience and individual interactions. We spoke to multiple medical professionals that told us to be weary of here and we ultimately decided to not follow their advice, that was a decision that we regret. Depending on the follow through with the completion of this experience we are weighing our decisions on contacting the HHS and the TMB.

The doctors here are very unprofessional , and act very immature My sisters baby had an accident and got injured and there were four doctors that were bullying and laughing at her. That is not how they should be treating their patients. it is very embarrassing for four grown adults to be acting like that especially to the mother, who was vulnerable and devastated about the situation.

Our mother was scheduled for an MRI at this facility. She was transferred by Tacmed we get there they take her back we register her and we don't see her again. Some 2 hours go by and we are asking where is our mother? Then they are asking is she pregnant LOL No she is 82 years old well she has been transferred back to Midland. Really after waiting here no one told us. So upsetting 😡

Absolutely unacceptable. One of my closest aunts visited this office and ended up with a severe rash. The utensils they used were clearly not clean, which caused her condition. Now, she's dealing with this awful illness that produces rashes all over her body. I strongly advise against using their services. They need to prioritize cleanliness and be much more careful.

A couple of weeks ago, I had to go to the emergency room for an infected cat bite and I wound up having to stay in the hospital a couple of days because the infection was so bad. My arm was all swollen and red, and the pain was excruciating.
I had to stay for two and a half days, and all the care that I received from beginning to end was fantastic. All the staff in the emergency room were friendly, courteous and helpful. I had to stay on the fourth floor and all the nurses and technicians were extremely good at what they did. They all treated me with professionalism, patience, and understanding. I was in there the week of the Fourth of July, and Lisa, Rebecca, and Daniella were all exceptionally good. There were more, of course, but those are the only ones whose names I remember. They were all great. I sure appreciated everything they did.
I highly recommend this hospital! Nice rooms and nice people.
