I don’t know about this reviews, but I can speak on my over the phone conversation. You will think because you are pregnant they’ll be compassionate, or understanding. Forget it! The staff is rude, they speak to you like you are trash, and they really don’t care about anything. I am guessing because they are government workers and they get pay even with low customer satisfaction rate. Maybe it’s because they know you pregnant and need them, but they are just rude. I’ve never been treated like this by anyone. Specially by people who are suppose to be people of GOD speaking to women whom are carrying.

I’d like to say my experience here was a good one but I would be lying. If you have an appt at 9:30 make sure to arrive 45mins to an hr early because besides the appt you have to get a tickets and wait to be called. Just make sure to get there early prior to your appt because then if you miss it you have to reschedule which happened to me.

I personally saw this white lady with blonde hair that was being very rude and condescending towards people who could not speak English. She was huffing and puffing and speaking very horrible to them. If you don’t like your job please go somewhere else and don’t take it out on others that cannot speak English. It was very hard to watch. I was hoping I get her but the lady that helped me was very nice and fast. She was working on 12/5/2022 had like blonde hair with grey hair sticking out her roots.

Every time I go in they've been super helpful and over the phone. Updating because what's the point of a appointment when you still have to "wait" with a number. And there WAY too many people waiting. It's like a walk in but you have a "appointment"

I really don’t understand why appointment is needed, if you come, take a ticket to the queue and waiting 2 hours for 10 min conversation? Some people leave work to get an appointment and get lost.

if I could give these people less than one star I would. They were no help whatsoever. I spoke to someone yesterday letting them know that I was sick and couldn't come to the appointment and asked them if they could do the appointment over the phone and they said oaky. They never gave me a number that I had to call. I missed the appointment and they told me that I needed to go to the office to show them the proof of immunizations for my daughter. The lady who worked for the call center was rude and seemed like she didn't want to talk or even help.

I loved this place the personal experience was very pleasant, they worked hard to make you feel good, they work as a team and they make you feel like part of their family, dalie rivière was helping me to transfer my papers and you can see when someone love it’s job. Thanks dalie and Cindy, I’m pregnant and they were worried about me the whole time thanks I really appreciate ❤️❤️ First time in life I was I really good place. God bless y’all.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Although the wait was a little long I understand the first time process can take a while. Clean environment and plenty of room in the waiting area. Nice place! Thank you
