Listen! Go somewhere else. These people DO NOT CARE. They don't answer phone calls , They don't return messages . They don't do customer/patient service PERIOD. They cancel your appointments without any explanation. Your prescription will take forever to come in. Initially they were decent , and they have a couple of great doctors in there ,but it's been downhill ever since . Go somewhere else. I usually don't do reviews ,but I'm fed up. Do Not Come here.

My biggest issue is they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, it is ridiculous to have to call and call and call even when you leave a voice message it is rare they call you back. The ONLY saving grace is the doctor, even though he is often running late and behind schedule he always takes the time to listen and he has helped my husband get his blood pressure under control. Doctor Ronald is great and we are thankful to him. I wish you would take the time to hire friendly helpful staff who enjoy helping people.

Terrible facility. Doctor was an hour and 15 minutes late for the appointment. She was also abrupt and rude and spent all of 5 minutes in the room. We had a referral to a specialist which was also done incorrectly and the staff was rude about fixing it so insurance would accept it. You'd be better off at a vet.

This place is the worst medical facility I've experienced since being in Orlando. They don't answer the phone, schedule or inform the potential clients of the doctors availability. Don't waste your time with this joke of a place.
