I visited this urgent care center recently and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff, especially the receptionist, was wonderful—kind, efficient, and welcoming. However, my experience with the medical assistant was disappointing. When I explained my injury, they asked me if I “thought it was broken”—which, of course, was the very reason I was there seeking medical help. Their lack of knowledge was concerning, as they were unfamiliar with even a basic brace and demonstrated poor bedside manner throughout the visit.

Additionally, I was told that they would follow up with me regarding my X-rays (which I had to get elsewhere due to their referral process), but they failed to do so in a timely manner. I had to call multiple times just to get the results.

Overall, while the front desk experience was great, the medical care and follow-up were frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this urgent care.

The waiting time was ridiculous. At one point I came out of the room because it was so quiet. I asked... Did you forget I am here? I was told the Doctor had to take a break she hadn't had lunch all day. I understand but no one informed me of the delay. The PA came in and was very nice. Only one doctor/ PA on staff? I should have been informed she went to lunch? Check in on your patience. I was informed when I came in there was a delay in service that day... I didn't expect that delay after being put in a room. Communication would have been nice.

We must have arrived at an unfortunate time, Thursday around 3 pm. There were around 4 people waiting ahead of us. We waited over 2 hours to be called back and did not leave until 6 pm. The staff and doctor were very nice and helpful. Our experience at TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track was not fast at the Hwy 54 location. I will try again if we need care and our primary doctor is not available.

The Fast Track staff was very helpful from the first call with my insurance and wait time questions. I decided to go to the Land O Lakes campus. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. I was tense because I couldn't find one of my insurance cards but the front desk staff was expeditious in pulling up my info. The medical assistant and Physician were very professional. I will definitely be returning in the future. The waiting room, restroom and exam rooms were very clean. Thank you !

I had a very positive experience here! I did not want to take the time out of our holiday shopping to go to urgent care, but my sister insisted because I was in pain. I injured my eye and wanted to know the severity of it and the best treatment for it so it could heal quickly. The check-in process was very smooth. The lobby is clean. The staff was empathetic and professional. Best of all, I didn’t have to wait very long. Jonathan, the Nurse Practitioner on staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained everything to me so I felt reassured about the treatment. My prescription was ready when I got to my pharmacy. Thank you to their staff and all healthcare professionals for being there for us during the holidays, away from their families. 🙏

I got right in. The tech was very friendly and thorough. The doctor was very knowledgeable about my condition and explained in detail what it was and what to expect going forward and how it would be treated. I was very pleased!!
It was as good or better than going to my own doctor!!

I have to say, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had going to a walk in clinic or even primary care office. The front office staff was great, the physician was very personable, listened and took his time. As a nurse, getting good healthcare is not easy and I felt that Dr. Cocioba was amazing! I would have no problem waiting to be seen here because that just means the staff is taking their time with everyone.

It was hard to score this because the wait time, like others have mentioned, is exceedingly long (I waited over an hour and a half to be called back when there was only 1 person in the waiting room in front of me). That was really annoying.

However, the place us very clean and welcoming. The guy at the front desk was extremely personable. The nurse who did the triage was very kind and the PA who saw me was great too. Very friendly and listened to me and gave me the antibiotics I needed to start to feel better. Once I was called back I was in and out in about 10 mins. I've been to other places where you sit and wait to get called back and then you still wait. But once I was in a room it was very quick.

So, overall I am giving this place 5 stars because although the wait was frustrating, the people working here are extremely nice and the place is very clean and well kept. That more than makes up for the wait.
