Only giving 1 star in order to be able to post a review and WARN others. This company is a complete scam. I have also reported them on YELP. I have received packages for the past 4 months and have returned/declined them all, including the one received today. I have Tracking #s with UPS, FedEx and USPS (they try different providers to get the packages through) to prove the packages have been returned and the exact dates of return. I have filed grievance claims with Medicare, Emblem Health, The Federal Trade Commission, The Office of the Inspector General, and more relating to this fraud and identity theft. We did call to request that packages be stopped and when asking for the name of the individual we were speaking to (I had a legal rep present), they hung up on us. We are coming for you Bayview Medical Supply as we know you are scamming the elderly.

If I could give this place is 0 I will would!! They pray on the elderly, calling them, confusing them, and then sending them stuff they don’t need!! She literally got shoulder, braces and arm and wrist braces for both sides of her body 😂😂 and she doesn’t even have any problems with anything, who could walk around with all that stuff on anyways She is the healthiest 87-year-old woman I’ve ever met. I just tried calling them and telling them that this was wrong and the operator hung up on me, at least let me be rude before you hang up on me. If that tells you anything. So now they were going to have Medicare pay for something that she doesn’t even need or ordered, I don’t think so!!!! I will get this resolved!! What a scam!!!!!!

Total scam. Send my elderly mom stuff that we or the doctor did not order. They are definitely trying to charge medicare. I will be reporting for sure. There is definitely a special place for people that take advantage of the elderly. Anyway thanks for the free supplies cause you are not getting a dime from us.

Scams the insurance companies for supplies sent, that Dad did not order nor can use. There should be Federal felonies for such acts since it seems they do it all the time. 10 Yrs to life for each worker seems about right!

I also suspect fraud with this company. They don't answer phone. Seem to be associated with KC Medical Supply as well as Bayview. They transfer their refills to Rise Up Medical Supply who claim to absorb this business "in good faith."

Complete fraud/scammers. They have now sent my healthy, NOT diabetic mother, a glucose monitoring system. This glucose monitoring system is a, "rental" system so Bayview keeps charging rent and Medicare keeps paying, even after we dispute every single charge.
