By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Complete lack of compassion for my Mom as she’s dealing with what is likely a terminal cancer diagnosis and for me as her daughter trying to support her through this process. He was heartless and cruel to my Mom.

Loved him in our first couple of visits, but went way down hill for the last few. Would seem to get very aggravated when asked questions, when I simply wanted to understand what was going on with my child. Did not care for the way I was treated several times, so decided to not use WW Immediate Care anymore because of it.

If I could I’d put no stars. He makes young women feel incompetent about medical issues while refusing to properly examine and or provide relative information on the matter, like the symptoms or history don’t even exist. If you aren’t comfortable, grab a female PA for further testing and diagnosis.

Dr. Van miss diagnosed my injury and when I had a follow up to do imaging he forgot to put that order in making my second visit a waste of time. I saw Dr. Mills who correctly identified my injury and setup an MRI which is what was needed to properly identify my injury instead of an ultrasound. Basically wasted 4 weeks of time to finally see an orthopedic doctor.

I Saw Dr Van today,,, after seeing Dr Yang another immediate care doctor last week for the same thing, Dr Van seems to know a lot more and actually wants to get his patients well again, he made sure to set a effective treatment path and adequate prescriptions to tackle my illness and also answered all questions I had effectively and professionally.. he's one of the better doctors at this facility hands down.
