Heather Schrier is a very good sitter and she is very nice to others. Tatiana Dodsom the Evs tech she was doing a really nice job cleaning up the rooms and making sure that they are all sterilized for the next patient.

You really need to get a more caring and compassionate er dr. Went to the er the other night for my chronic kidney pain and was just treated like I was drug seeking. The nurses that night were amazing and know me and my history with my kidneys and felt bad how I was being treated. All the other er Dr's that are normally there know my history and actually treat me. I was there for 4 hrs for just blood work and no relief at all. That night was one of the worst experiences I have had there.

My wife and I were traveling from central Florida to Mississippi when she suffered a medical emergency. We rerouted our drive on the interstate to the nearest emergency room which landed us here. There must have been at least 5-10 nurses and staff with her within seconds and each and every one of them were beyond amazing with how nice and professional they were. Dr. Noggle is an amazing Doctor and should be commended for how caring he was. He took his time and seemed to truly care about her rather than just rushing in and then off to the next patient. We felt like we were the only people there, even though I know we weren’t. Give Dr. Noggle and all of the ER staff that were there midday on 11/25/2023 a raise! I wish our hospital staff where we live were this good!

In May, 2023, I came into contact with 2 employees at North Okaloosa Medical Center. I had a procedure done and I wanted to pay my copay that day while I was there. I went to the business office as directed by another employee and met Shelley. She helped me with that by looking into my account and my insurance coverage. She not only took my payment but also applied a discount for paying that day. She was very kind, professional and has a great customer service ethic.

I also met Linda in Medical Records in May when I needed to get procedure reports to carry with me to a new provider. She actually came out to me where I was seated filling out the request form. She asked which reports I needed, if I needed both the hard copy report and the disk or only the report. Within a couple of minutes she brought the reports back out to me. She demonstrated excellent customer support.

I have to give a shout to Bert in the ER department who on Saturday 1/14/23 took excellent care of me. I was severely dehydrated because of food poisoning and he hit a lead vein with one stick (HUGE IN MY BOOK)! His care went above and beyond and for that I'm thankful! He was so kind, caring, compassionate, and had great bedside manners as he catered to my every need!!
I can't say enough good things about him! This hospital is lucky to have him on their staff!!
I'd give a hundred stars if I could!! Thank you Bert!!!!

Had an issue with my paperwork showing Medicare wouldn't pay. Noel in Check-in did extra research until she found updated paperwork. She dated and put time on each page....what a blessing! Didn't have to remember date and time. Tickling in throat started and she got water for me. She went the extra mile to take care of me. I appreciate her helpful, pleasant attitude.

Had surgery today, 10/26/2023 by Dr Mason. They all made me feel safe. Best Dr and staff. Thank you for all your hard work and helping me get through this because I was a mess going in but they made me feel like I was family 😁🥰🥰. 👍👍👍👍👍

Partner had pacemaker insertion May 1, 2023. Everyone was great especially Cheddy. She was very pleasant and efficient with the patient but also considerant of me while I waited. We appreciated all the staff at this visit.
