Called and was told to hold. I held for 30 minutes, hung up called back and was told had others on the phone and in office ahead of me to call back later.. what? They apparently think we have nothing better to do than wait when we're trying to get help. Staffing is non-cooperative all the way

Absolutely deplorable! They never follow up or give you any correct information.
If you enjoy constantly calling them for follow ups on tests and like being told incorrect information each time you call then this is the place for you.
And they will always blame the "last" nurse for not giving you the correct information in the first place. Just pass the blame back and forth without ever correcting the problem. They need to retrain and re-staff.

I was treated very disrespectful came here to see a Dr first I waited 2hrs then at my appointment time got a text saying it's going to be another hour. I'm from out of state and have never been disrespected until I came here. They gave my appointment to someone else without asking me or explaining the reason. These people are very careless and ungrateful and only think of themselves. US American Military deserve better respect!!!!!

Very unperfessional the whole time i was sitting in the waiting room all i can hear is them talking about and making fun of patients and after telling me to be there at 3:30 once 4:15 hit they told me that since they stop seeing patients at 4:00 i had to reschedule
