Horrible Experience!! They told my mom she has to bring her own translator because they don’t have anyone who speaks Spanish. And when I said “so nobody speaks Spanish” one of them started speaking Spanish. Makes no sense, I don’t see why they lying to their patients. They don’t really care for Spanish speaking patients or elderly patients and disregard their care since they don’t know English or are hard of hearing. Please do better, don’t neglect the patients that put money in your pockets and take a course in Spanish, take a customer service class….something!! DO BETTER!!!!!!!!

Do not recommend this office at all. Went in with an appointment, for the doctor to have one touch at my stomach and ask 3 silly questions just to tell me she’ll prescribe medication for me. She did not let me know what the medication will be or give me any alternatives on what i can take in the meantime, waited a 5 hours for the pharmacy to tell me the doctors office hasn’t called in my medication yet and i tried calling the doctors office they put me on hold and kept hanging up on me until the clock turned five and i am unable to call back until monday morning now.

front desk staff immediately puts you on hold and you cant get ahold of anyone for days.
Manager handled situation unprofessionally and kept ending the phone call. I had to call atleast 5 times to get a conversation about my referral.
I waited a month for a referral to neurology that was never put in the system in the first place because it was forgotten.
This is the only location I have had issues with and I have been using first physicians for years.

I was informed by Stewart Medical on Eastridge that the PA I've been seeing is now practicing at the 1220 W. University location in Odessa, TX. I have called 3 times today to be immediately put on hold for 10 min. each time before I hung up. I called the 3 time & when they answered & asked if I could hold, I ask for how long & told her about holding 10 min. the 2 times before & she said give me just a sec. I held for another 5 min. & hung up. I really would like to follow my doctor, but I am extremely frustrated at you office staff. At least give me an option to leave a message & call me back.

A few yrs ago they were absolutely horrible. I've been taking my husband there for 7 months now and haven't had any issues, actually they have been pretty amazing enough for us to drive 56 miles one way and I've switched to using them myself. Laura Salcido is very informative and will take the time to listen to your concerns she doesn't make you feel like your just another person walking in the door. All staff has been very respectful as well. Sometimes the wait can be pretty long. But when you get the good care it's worth it.

I want to thank Laura Salcido for everything she's done for me and my health care over the years. During every follow-up, injury, and health scare, she was always kind and very considerate, so very helpful in trying to get me back to good health! So I wish it wasn't so, but I'm sad to hear she's leaving this place. That's a big loss there, in my opinion. Again huge thanks to you Mrs Salcido, and good luck to you and your family 👍

Very rude and unprofessional staff, I sat in the lobby for a couple hours for a walk in, I heard the way they talk to elders and people on the phone, they were had no respect, they had no patience. I feel bad for those who don’t have help with appointments due to people like this

Dr Salcido is the worst, never send my insurance a prior Authorization, my insurance try to reach them by calling around 8 times never answer dr didn't send anything. Ladies at the front didn't let me talk to Dr. I am a diabetic person with out medicine for 1 week and they didn't care.
