I had a great experience here as I had an accident on the farm and went in Saturday morning and everyone was amazing and accommodating!! Ms. Judy has a wealth of knowledge and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.

I was a bit worried when I saw some of the reviews but I needed immediate care and gave them a try and I’m glad I did. I would highly recommend White-Wilson walk in clinic based on this amazing experience.

I’ve been bringing my son to this urgent care for almost 3 years now. I’ve never had to wait long once my appointment time arrived. I’m not saying it couldn’t happen in the future but I’ve always known that that’s how urgent cares function…so I’ve been lucky with this location.
From reception, to the nurses and doctors we’ve had nothing but an incredible experience.

My son is so scared of tests and they’ve always accommodated him and walked him through the fears. Every person has made him smile.

I’m shocked by all of the 1 start reviews. Just to note, I’ve had my fair share of horrific doctors in my lifetime and everyone has their own experiences but don’t be afraid to try this location. Find out for yourself!!

Went to the walk in clinic in Crestview, and I saw the nurse practitioner Judy Hoffman. The staff were all so nice, and my np not only took the time to talk to me about everything regarding my sickness, she also wrote it all down for me and then also went over things to help with other issues I have not even relating to what I was being seen for. She gave me lots of good advice and took really great care of me. I walked in and also was seen within 10 minutes of walking in. I usually go to urgent care which is $50 but decided to come here today, since I don’t have $50 and the copay was only $25. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.

My 5 year old is super sick school crude I got there 30 minutes before closing not one person in the waiting room I told the front desk lady my son needed to be seen she then told me there was not any appointments. I told her we where a walk in she asked me 3 times what's insurance I had . It was hard to hear her over my son coughing so much I told her blue cross . She kept telling me no they could not see anyone then after I got aggravated with her she said let me check. She was gone not longer than half a minute and came back and said the doc has a full house ! WITH WHO LADY!!!! I know u want to go home at the end of the day lady but I have a small child that was sick and u are not closed or busy ! That's unacceptable in my book!

This place has no identity. First of all understand they are not a walk in clinic like their sign says. They are a by appointment clinic that will try to squeeze you in and keep you waiting for hours. This is my second really bad experience here. Overheard the provider complaining about the patients and how she would rather not be here. Fool me twice right…

Severe pain pinched neck nerve called at 11:30 advised 3:30 appointment. Arrived 3:10 actually crying with pain. female medical (very nice professional) at 4:30. Advised of possible diagnosis. Prescribed 3 prescriptions. Went to pharmacy 6:30 no prescription Prescribed I've been waiting since 4:45! Called White Wison Crestview and told "We are busy" what? Unreasonable amount of time to sit and wait for help with excruciating pain it's now 6:45 pm no script come back tomorrow

My experience was lack of customer service, sort of like a DMV experience - especially the folks at the front desk - they sort of ignored me, and then acted inconvenienced by my presence. The experience is what I might expect from a government bread line, but not from a business with paying customers who can choose another facility if they choose. If you like a government breadline experience - please go here !

Finally convinced my husband to go see a doctor because he’s been sick for almost 10 days with fever, cough, congestion as well as n/v. He never goes to the doctor because he feels like they don’t listen and this time just confirmed his thoughts. APRNs acting like they know as much as an MD and not listening to the patient! Nurses are the ones that are supposed to listen! My husband paid over 200$ to be told to go back to work tomorrow on Augmentin, steroids, and cough syrup. No chest X-ray, no probiotic mention despite getting Augmentin. He said that she spent maybe 3 minutes with him, no testing for Covid, flu, strep. So over 200$ for 3 minutes of what! I used to work at WW and recommend y’all on the regular. Slow down and listen to your patients PLEASE!!!
