These folks were great! They made me comfortable as soon as I started to get ready for the procedure and were very pleasant throughout the whole process. I was surprised at how quickly everything, including the reading and report by the radiologist, was completed. Bottom line: I was well pleased with the entire er experience.

I was pleasantly surprised with the great experience I had at what I thought would be a scary one. The front staff was very friendly and helpful with answering any of my questions. The tech who performed my MRI was very kind and helpful with listening to my needs and helping me get as comfortable as possible. The bed side manner from this gentleman was 5 star. Thank you to the whole staff for helping make this as least painful as possible. Please keep being kind to your patients. We need more people like yall.

Professional staffing throughout my experience from the start. From scheduling had to reschedule twice due to weather. Sam was very kind and understanding.
Check in was easy and fast.
The technician and nurse very professional, took excellent care of me. Explained in detail everything to expect.
The best part of IDI is it cost so much less out of pocket with it being in my network than at an out patient hospital.

Facility was neat, clean and well organized. Wait time was fairly short. The staff is what makes this facility so great. From the receptionist to the tech staff. They took the time to explain everything that was happening. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very respectful.

I recently visited the Institute of Diagnostic Imaging at the recommendation of my doctor, who ordered an ultrasound of all my organs. My technician, Brittany, was truly exceptional! With her bright eyes and friendly demeanor, she answered all my questions without hesitation. The room was warm and inviting, and I was pleasantly surprised that the gel used during the ultrasound was also warm! I had no idea what to expect, but I'm so grateful my doctor directed me to IDI. Moving forward, I will definitely choose them for any future imaging needs.

I must also highlight the incredible staff! They were incredibly sweet and efficient. After my doctor's appointment on Wednesday, they called me the same day to schedule a next-day appointment. They promptly sent me the link for new patient paperwork and even texted me my co-pay amount, ensuring there were no surprises when I arrived on Thursday morning. The welcoming and friendly atmosphere made the experience even better!

Lastly, I was impressed that the doctor reviewed my imaging and provided the results to my doctor before the end of business that same day! This truly exemplifies outstanding care. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the Institute of Diagnostic Imaging! 🥰

In & out quickly. Very nice staff. The tech/nurse who did my mammogram was great and helped make me feel very comfortable during the whole process (as this was my first mammogram). Highly recommend.

Amazing support. Called before leaving home to pick up disk with my images. It was ready and I was able to get to my intake appointment early to complete the LONG paperwork thanks to a cancellation! Woohoo...everyone wins.
