Had the usually wait time of about 20 minutes. That is to be expected so the Doctor can do a through exam and to be able to discuss things with all the patients they see. If they hurry the exam they could miss something could endanger our lives. He is willing to listen and not hurry me if I am explaining how I am feeling. . He is a great Doctor and they are a good team their!

I was at least 30 min early for my appointment. They confirmed my insurance and personal information right away. They then had me complete just 1 paper. I didn't even get done when they called me back. The Nuse was so nice and efficient. The PA I saw was clear in his examination and answered all my questions. The office was so efficient that I received a phone call to confirm my date at the surgery center while I was still driving back home! GRAT JOB ALL AROUND!

This office is one of the most efficient I have ever experienced. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and the nurse took me back almost immediately. Mitch was an encyclopedia of information about my condition. The scheduler gave me options for my procedure and explained the directions precisely. This office should be an example for all medical offices.

Whenever I’ve been to or dealt with White-Wilson Gastroenterology Clinic it has been a pleasant experience. Glenn Fernandes, APRN, is wonderful. He’s so easy to talk to and he listens then gives great advice and direction to help me feel my best.
The staff is also friendly and Sandy is wonderful. She too is helpful with any questions.
To show what a caring team Glenn and Sandy are, I had results of a test I was waiting for (and it was a Friday before a holiday) Glenn and Sandy made sure I was called/left me a message with the good results. They didn’t want me to go for days waiting for an answer !!

Mitch is a great NP. he spends time explaining his thoughts on the best course of treatment and is truly interested in your having the best outcome. I am a retired physician and we are not the easiest patients so I really appreciate his time and explanation of the latest thoughts in his field (not mine).

Dr. MITCH is one of the easiest man to talk to. He is so understanding.He gives you time to talk also.His office ladies are so helpful, they work with you when scheduling. I look forward to my appointments with him. He is my favorite.

Short, sweet & point on! Follow up by Mitch no! He never called me to follow up as he said he would! I called twice Monday to follow up…no response! I left message that I had an adverse reaction to the bile pill and stopped taking it. Still waiting for reply 🤬
