Staff is fantastic and the Doctor is always great! I chose to come her because of the Doctor. However, the receptionist in the front has a terrible attitude. There’s nothing more discouraging than coming in sick or bringing in a sick loved one and being greeted with an attitude. Everyone has bad days but in healthcare empathy goes a long way. It was the lady with the black her not the purple hair. Receptionist w purple hair was very pleasant.

Not sure what the others are on about, but went on a Saturday and the front office medical receptionists were extremely kind, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. Were able to assist with medical insurance and uncommon situation. Definitely recommend this medical facility. Will bring my family here as needed as well.

Both girls at the front desk are the rudest people i have ever encountered! They have attitudes and do not care about the patients. The Nurse was fantastic.

Despite the waiting area being largely filled, my wait was far shorter than expected. The waiting area is clean, and has many chairs so you can social distance if you like. I was treated respectfully, my insurance and other I formation gathered quickly. Once called, my vitals were taken and I waited only a minute or two before the provider arrived and examined me. My prescriptions were sent immediately to my pharmacy, and were in the system even before I arrived. All in all, a great experience.

Pretty pissed off. So this is what happened to me when I decided to take my mom who was having a hard time breathing to urgent care in Crestview for all of you if you go in there and you tell the receptionist that your parent is having a hard time breathing, make sure you let her know that she needs to do her job and let a nurse know so my mom would’ve gotten back there like five minutes instead of 45 minutes so here’s my review in Yelp.

BEWARE - you will be billed twice for the same visit!

Care was good and fast when I was there, but I have now been billed twice since going for the co-pay I paid when I was seen.

The first time, I called and they said that their billing and payment system isn't connected and they had to move my payment over.

The second time, I keep calling to a non-American call center and am told over and over that they have a system update and can't help me.

I asked the first time if it was their policy to double bill everyone and was told it was not, but apparently it is since I am receiving another bill for the copay I paid when I was seen.

Talked to someone today and apparently - there is a copay to be seen at the facility AND a copay to see a doctor - this is NOT made apparent when you are seen, so BEWARE - you WILL be billed twice for the same visit.

I went there after accident and thought I had broken a rib. They took Xray, told me I would be fine and would just be sore for a while. I paid them what ask for at time of visit. I never received any other bills from them. 6 months later i get a call from a collection agent for a little over $100. I went to their office and paid in person. I asked why they never sent a bill and the lady at counter informed me she didn't know because they outsource their billing.

This was the most pleasant urgent care experience i’ve had, and i’ve probably visited 20 clinics over the years.

I was taken back quickly, the nurse was so nice, and the doctor was great at well. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. I’m actually shocked the rating isn’t higher. 10/10 recommend.
