Ordering was so easy ,and I found reading the product description and usage very educating. It made purchasing the items easy to do. I purchased the St Augustine weed and feed ,it works and took care of the pesky weeds that the box store products couldn't handle. I will continue to support this company. I know it looks bad ,but it goes to show where it worked and it didn't affect the St Augustine

I've used Seed World/Ranch several times, along with other Seed CO's. They usually have everything I need where other CO's are sold out of the seed I use. My last order was not right when they shipped it. However, after contacting them & speaking with Customer service, the CSR made it right & shipped the 2 missing items. That was the 1st time for an issue like that but it's not always about having an issue but how the issue is handled, resolved. The CSR did exactly that. I did speak to another CSR prior to getting the person who helped me. I could not understand her. Language barrier. CO's should not be using CSRs that can't speak English. I had to ask to talk with someone who could & this was the gentleman that helped me. So, I would recommend using them because it's not always the issues that come up, but it's how the issues are resolved. Kudo's for him resolving it promptly. Well done to the CSR I spoke with. Attn: To any other CO's owning or over seeing a business. If you're using someone that can't speak English, you should not be running a business. I have no problem with legal immigration. It"s the illegal immigration that I & most Americans have a BIG problem with. Thank God we have at least 4 yrs of National Security. Buy American. Made by Americans. Tax paying Americans.

Seed World offers a nice range of specialty products at good prices. My experience with them was good, from shopping to order delivery. The only glitch was that I had requested delivery by UPS and they shipped FedEx, which in my area is less reliable. Otherwise, good service and good products.

We shared a slight delay awaiting fresh product. However, that said, the customer service was great! Will be planting this seed in 2 days as we had an unexpected cold front and am not playing farmer in bad weather. I ordered Buckwheat seed, it is the only thing I have ever seen grow faster than weeds. It is not a starch and if you have not tried it the bee's love it! Seed world packaged for shipping and it arrived in great shape. I am sure I will be doing business with them again.

I order 50lbs Copper Sulfate Fine Crystals (NSF) every 3 months from Seed World. Consistently, every time I order, I receive the wrong item, which is always Feed Grade Fine Powder. Customer service is always very helpful in sending me the correct item afterwards and sending me a return label for the incorrect item. However, I have to anticipate and account for the fact that I will receive the wrong item first, and then they will send the correct item, and I have to return the wrong item, which is more time consuming and inconvenient than receiving the correct item the first time. Check your product upon receival to confirm it is correct. I can speak very highly about their customer service's ability to send the correct item afterwards, though the first time this occurred the wrong item was sent twice.

Update- Complete garbage.. Company will not stand behind products it sells.... Seed World will treat you like dirt and tell you you don't know what you're doing, even if you've ordered and used their products for several years.... Summary - Don't buy from people who refuse to stand behind their products, they don't care....

I needed something that works on Bahia yards in Florida but won't kill it.... so I use their Southern AG 2-4d anamie. I've used this product in the past and it previously worked great on heart-stinging nettle, but this year it did not work at all. I applied once and nothing, the next time I mixed this at 6 oz per 2-gallon sprayer (That's twice the recommended amount) and it barely worked on clover, but not on the stinging nettle at all. My pictures show the nettle happy and alive, while the clover in the back is alive. I used yard flags to make sure it was applied in an even area and at the recommended rate. I reached out to them to see if they'll replace or refund and I got the run around from people who act like you're stupid. Once they have your money, it's gone for good. Untrustworthy.

Seed World USA is an awesome and honest company. I ordered PodSods from their website and they were delivered quickly and in great condition. I’ve order from them 2 times and was very satisfied. I will definitely order from them again and refer anyone to this company.
