Absolutely love the care I received while pregnant with my second child. Dr. Hennessey takes the time to answer any questions you may have. He even helped me with questions I had that were not even related to pregnancy. He has a very optimistic attitude that is such a relief when you feel anxious. The ladies at the front were always social and kind when checking in and scheduling the next appointment. Had wonderful ultrasound experiences too. I just love this office and would recommend it to anyone that asked.

I was a little skeptical about seeing a midwife, since I have always been under that care of Dr. Hennessy. Since he has been out I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Debrah and the midwife, Julia. I can’t not even begin to explain my experience with Julia yesterday at my first appointment with midwife. Being almost 32 weeks a long the birth of my second daughter is coming soon and I didn’t realize how much stress and anxiety about delivery I was subconsciously holding onto until I meet her. We talked for about 40 mins going through her role and the other midwives role in my pregnancy and birth journey. We really discovered and uncovered somethings I have been worried about, created a plan on how we will be approaching my laboring process, and some actions steps before I go to the hospital. I can’t even explain the amount of stress that has been lifted off my shoulders know that there will be a midwife with me throughout my laboring and delivery process and I am so very thankful that midwives have been brought into the practice

Absolutely love Dr. Hennessey! I’ve been going to him my entire pregnancy and he’s seriously the best OB that I’ve had. Friendly, understanding, explains thing clearly, honest, gets to the point, doesnt push for things I don’t want, and advocates for what I do want. I feel like finding an OB that isn’t rude or doesn’t push things you don’t want is hard to find. I highly recommend him to anyone.
The office staff are all super nice and always pleasant and friendly. I can’t recommend this place or these wonderful people enough.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Hennessey’s office. The staff is always friendly. The ladies at the front desk make you feel right at home with greeting you as soon as you walk in and help with explaining paper work and getting things organized and set up for you.

Now, some may not like the wait times but it honestly is not that bad. With how great Dr. Hennessey and his staff are, there is going to be a wait. He is one of, if not, THE best in this area. From the amount of patients I see on my visits coming in and out…he is pretty popular. He gets straight to the point and answers what you need.

I appreciate the warmth of this office and when I have any concerns or questions, everyone is very helpful and reassuring.

The nurses are awesome and Ms. Jamie…listen I swear she is the best ultrasound lady I have ever encountered. Answering my questions, asking about my family and how they are and reassuring me that my babies have the correct amount of digits each time I see her!

From the front desk to everyone who is behind the scenes, this office has been so amazing and caring. We moved here two years ago and I have made so many friends just at this office alone.

This practice is very clean and everyone takes all the necessary and extra steps to make sure they are practicing great hygiene.

Cece and Ms. Kelly ARE THE BEST!!!! My kids love them so much and want to come to my visits just to see them!

And last but not least…I swear to you, Dr. Hennessey has the best hair I have ever seen in my life on a man! Like he is seriously the coolest.

This review is long overdue. We moved out of the area so it has been over a year since my last encounter with this office. I was referred to this practice by a friend who was pregnant at the time and was happy with the service she was provided. I went in as a new patient just to get my annual exams and to discuss hormone replacement therapy. I never met Dr. Hennesessy and was only seen by his PA, Kelsie Yang. I have no complaints with the front desk staff. They were friendly and helpful. Maybe practices these days are only run by their PAs and doctors don't see their patients unless it's worth their time. Kelsie Yang was friendly enough but I felt she wasn't that interested in what I had to say. Overall, my experience with this practice was mediocre and I would have definitely looked for a new practice if we stayed in the area.

As a medical professional, it pains me to leave this review. It’s possible I hold people in my career to a higher standard, but even so, our experience at this clinic was simply unacceptable.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff did not greet us or welcome us to the practice. They handed us a clip board of paperwork to complete and slid the window closed without any instruction.

When we were finally taken back to the exam room (30 minutes after check in with zero other patients in the lobby), the individual who performed triage didn’t introduce herself, share who she was or what her role was or take a medical history. She just took a blood pressure and then mumbled something about who was coming in next. Let me clarify that this was our FIRST appointment with this clinic so we were not familiar with any of the providers.

Then, the PA came in, didn’t wash her hands or discuss what to expect during our visit. Just sent us for an ultrasound with another person I can’t name because they didn’t introduce themselves or share credentials either.

After this, the PA returned, explained what she saw on ultrasound and shared what the first-line treatment would typically be. When I explained that that option wasn’t something we were comfortable with at this time, she all but rolled her eyes. I was disappointed she didn’t initiate a conversation to discuss our reservations about her recommendation. Just said, “well there’s lots of info you can look up online if you don’t want to treat this with XYZ”

I’m sorry. What? It’s called a first-line treatment for a reason. And that reason is that there are other options available if first line treatment is not a viable choice.

Also, being told to “look stuff up online” is simply lazy medicine. This entire experience was incredibly disheartening and it’s concerning that THIS is the standard for care at this practice.

You have got to hold yourself and your staff to a higher standard than what we experienced today. Patients deserve better. We deserved better.

We had a great experience with Dr Hennessey/Sydney Howk, and their entire staff. I'm not sure how others had such bad experiences with the office staff, as we were there for many many appointments, and they were always nothing but friendly with us.

I love that they have their own ultrasound technician in office, and also love the fact that Dr. Hennessey included a midwife into his practice. I believe they're doing things right there.

If we're ever lucky enough to have another baby I would happily use them as our providers again.

KEEP LOOKING! Especially if you are pregnant. Dr.Hennessey is far too busy for the patients he has and continues to accept more. Not once but twice in a month and a half did his staff throw away my urine. I was dropping off for infection and no one even called to let me know. When I called they suggested I go to Urgent Care since the weekend was approaching, that’s more out of pocket I had to pay but I went. When I mentioned this to the Dr. he never apologized and just said “heads rolled” for it. Upon exiting the room he said, “continue the antibiotics they gave you and if you have any issues come drop another sample so we can throw it away again”. As if this i infection in a pregnant woman were a laughing matter. I tried to forgive but after the second time I couldn’t trust anything comfortably. After I transferred to another doctor and had an ultrasound they said it looked like my fibroid hadn’t grown anymore...I was never told from Hennessey’s office I had a fibroid but it was noted in my file. I pray this office slows down and starts tending to the women they already have. Anywhere you call will be have a long wait to get in as new patients but it may save you a headache down the road.
