Horrible horrible experience both as a primary care patient and at the urgent care. With doctors refusing to do tests I asked for, laughing in my face when I asked questions, raising their voice at me multiple times, completely dismissing my concerns, and "giving up" and telling me to come back in 6 months to see if I "got better" and then sending a letter in the mail saying if I couldn't make my appointments(the 6 month appt I didn't ask for) they were going to ban me from the practice. This is after I paid THOUSANDS of dollars out of my own pocket and they collected money from my insurance as well. Do NOT recommend at all.

I am in awe of the exceptional care provided by Dr. Mendez. His unwavering attention to detail and compassionate bedside manner have been a constant source of comfort during my medical journey. His nurse is a ray of sunshine, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. Together, they have successfully addressed my health concerns and inspired me to prioritize my well-being. Dr. Mendez is a shining example of the kind of medical professional we should all strive to be. Thank you Doc and Please never retire

This scheduling for this medical center is a joke. I came here with my wife for her appointment a month ago, and was given the wrong time by the scheduler (a person, not a digitally scheduled appointment) then had to wait another month just to come back. On the second visit we waited 2 hours for a 15 minute appointment to approve a refill. Annoying, yes could refill approvals be handled differently to avoid this and save everybody time and money? Also yes. Dr. Urda was great, despite the scheduling nightmare.

Despite this I decided to try and become a patient here to schedule doctor appointments on the same day to make things easier in the future. There were no openings for 3 months. it's a bit crazy, but it's not their fault, I get that. I get there ON TIME, only to be told that I should have been 30 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork and I missed my appointment. Firstly, nobody mentioned this over the phone when setting the appointment. Secondly, if we need to be there early. WHY NOT SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT FOR EARLIER?!

Earliest opening in another 2 months? No thanks. What good is a great doctor if you can't get in to see them?

The only reason I continue to utilize White-Wilson Medical Center in Crestview is Dr. Vincent Mendez. As our family physician for the last 10 years prior to WWMC purchasing the practice, he has given the very best care to our family on a regular basis. Since becoming WWMC, the front desk staff have been inefficient and even brash at times when they have made scheduling mistakes. I was told today by the receptionist that she canceled the wrong appointment and did not see me on the schedule even though we spoke in person the day prior to confirm the appointment. She shared she would do ME a favor by getting me back in the schedule. The administrative staff and practices continue to become more and more concerning. The WWMC brand has become a far cry from its founders intention many years ago. Doctors like Vincent Mendez are the only people that make the administrative mess remotely tolerable.

I see Dr. Mendez, he's very attentive and does everything he can to help with my health. The practice itself is always quick to return any calls or messages I leave and the patient portal is very user friendly. Any suggestions or questions I have in regard to my healthcare are always listened to and taken into consideration.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Moved to Crestview less than a year ago. Started seeing Dr. Hamilton to refill a prescription I’ve been on for about 16 years. Everything was fine until he left. They put me with a physician assistant named Tammy Howerton who is absolutely useless for my situation. She says she was unable to prescribe the medication because she is not a doctor and decided that I didn’t need it anymore. Prescribed me 2 new medications. I tried that for 2 weeks and was not doing well. Called and she was able to get a doctor to write the prescription. Same day I called and asked them to make me an appointment with an actual doctor who could help me. They said I was all set with a MD. Show up today to find out they put me with the same lady again who cannot help me. Basically they run you around and do not care about how YOU feel about anything. She can’t write you the prescription then you are on your own. No one helps you and they lie on the phone just to make an appointment. Never felt so mislead and alone with a doctors office before. THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU FEEL. Do not go here if you actually need help. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing clearly as they have messed up my last 2 appointments and I don’t even find out until I get there. Waste of time and I can’t stress enough how they made me feel like how I felt did not matter.

I have recently seen Dr Hamilton’s nurse practitioner, Katelyn Dye, and I have been extremely pleased with my visits thus far. My appointments were on time, but she also took the time to go over everything with me in detail and I didn’t feel rushed. I was especially happy to find out that she was able to also take care of my Pap smear, eliminating the need for another appointment at a different doctor. I have received quick responses to my messages on the patient portal. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable primary care provider.

My first appointment at White Wilson, Crestview was 4/24/24 with Laura Bruck-Hillas. I am grateful to her for her insight into my health issues and was prompt in ordering tests, and medication. I feel better than I have in at least 2 years. I have had a follow up and am even more pleased. I would give 10 stars if possible. I am truly grateful and look forward to future appointments. Thank you, Laura Bruck-Hillas!
