Brooks Rehab in Ponte Vedra is amazing. From the front desk to the therapists all were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I’m especially grateful for my therapist Mitchell Johnson. When I met him I was in pain and looking at possible c-spine surgery. From day one he has listened and with kindness, knowledge and patience he has worked with me not only with exercises but also nutrition. He identified what is most likely causing my pain and even reached out to my providers to give an update. I’m happy to report I’m doing much better than when I started. Thank you Mitchell and Brooks Rehab. You are the best!

I received excellent treatment from James after shoulder labrum surgery. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. In my past experiences with other therapists, I felt like I was one of many on a factory conveyor belt. In addition to customizing a treatment plan for me, James also educated me on why the exercises were needed and how to guard against further injury. I am grateful for James and my complete recovery under his guidance.

Post my knee replacement, I had 27 appointments with Chad and it was an excellent experience. Chad and his team, including the front desk team, were very professional at all times. Chad is very knowledgeable and set a path forward for me which really fit my abilities. I had a few friends who had the same surgery a week and a month before mine and my improvement was well ahead of theirs. I was back biking and golfing weeks before my doctors thought I would be able to do so.
Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Chad and his team to anyone.

Thank you so much for the Excellent Care from Brooks Rehabilitation Facility in Ponte Vedra. From the Smile and Excellent Customer Service you receive right when you walk in the door, to the Outstanding Care you receive from the entire Physical Therapist Team that work there. Their warm and friendly atmosphere makes it even more inviting. Thank you especially Chad and Alex for their Time and Patience. The shoulder does feel much better; however, it is still a work in progress.

I highly recommend Brooks Rehab at Ponte Vedra Beach. I received treatment for a hip replacement in the past and most recently for hip pain. Logan was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his explanation of my condition. The staff is very friendly. I would not hesitate to go to this site to receive treatment in the future if needed.

I have been to two other rehab centers over the past 15 years and I can say Brooks was by far the best. From the front desk personnel, who always greeted me by name, to Logan, my therapist --- all showed exceptional professionalism, expertise, and support. Over a 4 month period Logan challenged me with a variety of exercises which brought me to my current good functioning level. Even more, Logan was thorough in his analysis of my injury and provided information regarding the purpose of the exercise and the muscles being utilized. The rehab center is exceptionally clean, well organized, and has a wide range of equipment with which to treat clients. Highly recommended..

I went to Brooks after cervical spine surgery, My therapist, James Maggert, was amazing. His level of understanding the issues I was having and the treatment plan I would need was outstanding. I cannot ever think of going anywhere else again for any physical therapy needs. There is a level of caring that I have never found elsewhere.
