I was seen by Yurisleydi Hernandez Cordoza. I prioritize my health and am in good health. A woman in the office told me it take 24 hours to receive fax and when I asked her name she hung up. I called back immediately - spoke with Vanessa who immediately sent the fax I needed to Aeroflow, breast pump provider. I was seen two days ago; I had no issues prior to the visit just a requirement for a breast pump covered through my Humana insurance. I’m 9 months PP. The Humana provider at this office - Lucy Rodriguez . It took two weeks to get into the office. When I asked what blood test they would be doing, I was told “you wouldn’t understand” & continued to insert butterfly. She did two butterfly attempts. They told me 48 hours for blood count test. No results today.

Do not go to this place. I wouldn’t trust them at all. Twice I told them why I was looking for a new doctor and twice they confirmed they could take me as a new patient for what I needed. They changed my appointment time twice and were extremely rude when I showed up. It’s impossible to find and on top of it all- after starting to take my vitals they told me they could not help me and that no one should have told me they could. Then when they saw my evidence of doing everything on my part, they told me I shouldn’t have scheduled as a new patient- huh?! I’m just calling for an appointment to a place I’ve never been to. In layman’s terms- this place sucks. Also they tried talking about me in front of me in Spanish as if I didn’t know Spanish. My last name is stereotypically Hispanic and I also greeted them in Spanish… make it make sense. Don’t go here they’re just out for quick cash.

I have been a patient at this clinic for a couple of years and, for the most part, I have been satisfied. Dr. Pino has been a pleasure to work with, very caring and attentive. Amarilis, the nurse, is exceptionally competent and highly professional. However, Maria, the receptionist, leaves much to be desired. She very rarely picks up the phone during business hours, almost always letting it go to voicemail, which makes it next to impossible to reach the establishment, whenever she makes a scheduling mistake, instead of apologizing, she argues about it, and, in general, has a poor attitude. It is truly a shame that the most insignificant person in the office can completely ruin the entire experience.

Very nice and friendly doctors and staff. The office is super clean and inviting. The young lady that does the lab work is my favorite person to see when I visit. She is the sweetest and she is awesome at her job. I am scared of needles and its always painless and quick with her.

Excellent service, super professionals,a pleasant and neat atmosphere. Dr. Britzeida Muñoz is very professional and with a lot of human sensitivity, she is one of the best pediatricians you will find in the city. I recommend 100%

I am very disappointed in the professionalism of this practice. Unfortunately, I had an appointment recently and the front desk staff did not notify me of my insurance being in-active and had to cancel my appointment in real time. In result of this, I missed work hours, wasted my time, and on top of this - the front desk girl brushed me to the side and didn't even finish problem solving with me before helping the next patient. I just wish she could have notified me of the problems with my appointment, the day prior as she admitted she was aware of this, 1 day in advance, but failed to notify me. Dissapointed.

Dr. Niurka Pino's team is amazing. She is so caring and attentive. Edward Ramirez and nurse Amarilis Rodriguez do an awesome job. I will keep going there and refer others.
