Our daughter was sick traveling to Disney World. I made a quick call as our plane was taking off and everything and everyone, from the girl who answered my call to the provider (Shad was so friendly and helpful) was exceptional. Such a blessing to have them show up on time, assess our daughter and prescribe what was needed so we could have a great vacation. Such an awesome medical service and company! I take my medical care very seriously and have been to many health care professionals in my lifetime. I am very happy to say that my experience with Shad Brown, PA was probably one of the best, if not the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this service! It was extremely convenient, easy to use, and the customer service was excellent. Our provider, Shad, was friendly and thorough. He examined two of my grandsons and took his time with both of them. He then took the time to explain to me what was going on with them and how the medicine would be beneficial for their diagnosis. I will definitely be utilizing this service again.

Shad & iCare Mobile Medicine was awesome! I was feeling really sick overnight & I didn’t want to go to the ER or to an Urgent Care & sit for hours with more sick people. I remembered my friends daughter was sick last visit & she told me about the great experience she had with Shad & iCare. So I called at 5am & left a message. I got a call back at 6am & Shad was here at 7am & ran a bunch of tests & ordered the meds I needed & I’m feeling better now! I can’t recommend them enough! Thanks Again!

Really awesome experience with Shad. He was very thorough and kind with my 6 year old daughter and made it super easy for her. He even travels with a scale to help with proper dosing! He was also a great help after we came home and new symptoms popped up, calling in an Rx for her and providing a school note. Would absolutely use again next time we have an illness while at Disney. We feel spoiled now, but honestly this is the way healthcare should be!

Shad at icare was great! I called the phone number at 5:45am when my son couldn’t sleep because he was so congested and they came out to my
Hotel within the hour. We were heading out for a cruise so needed someone to check my son asap. So friendly too! Highly recommend, super helpful and convenient that they come to you!
