Staff refuses to answer phone calls, return voicemails or even help about their coding issues. Lost my blood 3 times, even when taking at their own facility. Told me billing will be fully covered, just for me to receive a random bill from collections.

Went to the urgent care and the young lady with pink hair and dirty nails at the front desk told me I cannot be seen unless I have my physical insurance card with me. I had the information pulled up on my app and offered to email it to her to be printed, but she told me she cannot accept that. She said to me, “I need the card to scan for the chart.” In which, I do not understand why an emailed copy cannot be printed out for the chart. This is not Stone Age. These apps were created to provide convenient access to your insurance card. Luckily, I was able to go to the primary care side and they were able to schedule me an appointment within a few hours, using my insurance card from the app to update my information.

wonderful service at primary care as i am retired mil and needed a place to pick up for tri care after reaching 65. they handle my yearly check up with lab work and ocassional pop ups like a clooged ear from lawn work and power washing.

Would love for the receptionist's to answer the phone.. just once. Tried calling through out the day.. nothing but voice-mails. Went in to see if there was even a receptionist working.. she was there.. I called their number while I was in the lobby.. she straight ignored it.. changed PCM that day.

This is the worst primary care, I have ever dealt with. No return calls, no emailing or mailing paperwork. Call and no one answers.
Move on if you want a group that cares.
