I can’t say enough good things about Brittney Falconer, APRN! She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to listen and understand what’s going on. She’s by far one of the best nurse practitioners I’ve ever had—knowledgeable, kind, and always makes you feel comfortable. I never feel rushed, and I always leave knowing I got the attention and care I needed.

The whole office is great too—everyone is professional, friendly, and helpful. It’s such a relief to go to a place where you feel welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend Brittney and this office to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely cares about your health and well-being

The physicians/ARNP I have no complaints I saw the NP Miriam she was easy to talk to, listened to my concerns, now the billing department/staff is the reason I’m looking for another PCP, per my insurance I was overcharged for a visit and lab work due to it being billed incorrectly by the office staff, my insurance contacted the office and informed me that the office would contact me and I am to be receiving a refund, that never occurred (this was in May), I also called 3x recently due to needing repeat lab work and never received a call back or follow up. So in conclusion if you do come to this office just verify all charges with your insurance and any concerns address in person due to poor follow-up/call backs.

I Came into the office to receive my Prolia injection. Natasha and Marcos were extremely helpful. They guided me and made me feel comfortable. Natasha went out of her way to make sure she was able to administer the medication and assured me it was ok. Natasha’s reassurance and hug after the administration was exactly what I needed. Well, she is so unbelievably great at her job that no matter where I live in Orlando, I’m going to have to sit through traffic to get seen by her.
