NP Grayson Verity is very kind and thorough. I've also seen a few providers that have been trained here and they are great as well. I feel my concerns are being heard and my prognosis is explained well.

Just as well the receptionist was funny, kind and a pleasure to be seen by, as the doctor that I saw was obviously in a mood to 'put patients down'

Dr Marcia Frederic is the doctor in question. Being told that the sport I participate in is 'fake' and the reason why she stopped watching (I guess my 4 shoulder surgeries and the massive amount of scarring i have on my right shoulder are fake and make up) and then later being labeled 'poor' due to being unable to financially cover a potential EKG that was needed I left the practice feeling very defeated!

The constant asking of 'what supplements do you take?' even though I had written down what I take was clearly an attack and accusation of anabolic steroids, which caused me great stress and my blood pressure to be high when tested.

The opinions on my financial status or personal choices I make in regards to sports I participate in, have NOT been taken lightly and this WILL be taken further. Being made to feel less of a human being by a primary care doctor I met for the first time begs me to ask the question, are these the opinions of said doctor or Advent health in general

This horrible experience led to a complete lack of sleep, anxiety and a general sense of failure which I will say that no one should go through. Do not use this practice, maybe other places under Advent health are better

My PCP did not have any available appointments, so I got an appointment here. I was even late to my appointment, but everybody was extremely friendly & helpful. I would definitely revisit if I need to!

Have been on the phone for over 30 min waiting to speak to a person .. I keep getting shuffled around with thier automated service. This was in reference to a prescription that I called about last week .. that was never filled .. please answer your phone.
