We have been seeing Dr. Pumphrey, now for quite a few years and we think she’s the best. Your staff in the building is great. The last time we had one of her nurses she was absolutely fabulous. Very, very nice very knowledgeable very helpful and probably the nicest person that I’ve come across in terms of the nursing staff. Their appointments are always well scheduled although unfortunately she’s busy and you have to wait but they do have the urgent care center there too if you can’t wait for Dr. Pumphrey,. But I would not go anywhere else but Ascension Sacred Heart… And if I was really needing medical attention that’s where I would go. I would not allow any ambulance to take me to Okaloosa Medical Center ever, for any physician there.

I went to my appointment with doctor Mark Cooper in January 9, 2025, his staff Eric call me in time with no waiting. Dr. Cooper is always a pleasant person, always smiling so professional, concerned about my health and caring too. The staff Eric is a professional, nice and concerned about the patients too. Thank you so much for being good people you guys are making a big difference to me.

Unclear directions
Went to hospital for appointment. Was sent to different building 3 blocks away.
Had to fill out paperwork all over again. Then wait.
The doctor said all I had to do was show up on time, show I D .sign paper an get test. It was a lot more involved and I still don't know the results.?
SAD COMMUNICATION EVERYWHERE !

Dr. Cooper is great. Excellent listener and just gets it. Never rushes, confident in his decisions, and conservative in dispensing meds. He has been my go to since he started practicing in Crestview. GREAT DOCTOR! By the way, his assistant Eric is not too Shabby either.Kudos to both.

Dr. Brooks and her nurse are attentive and pro-active with patient care. The lab offers quick turn around with results. The office staff is thorough and friendly. The care I receive goes beyond any of my previous primary care physicians and office. I actually see my doctor, not a rotation of PA’s or interns.

Dr Johnson and his staff are great, Friendly, courteous, and very helpful, as is the reception personnel out front. My only complaint is with the telephone group and trying to make an appointment. It is very hard to get them to connect to Dr Johnson's office.

Doctor Cooper is very professioal and kind. He takes time to explain results and makes sure any necessary test are order. His nurse. Eric, is also professional, thoughtful and kind.
