This has been the worst experience. We have adopted children out of Fostercare and they have zero idea how to handle childhood trauma. They pulled my 8 year old daughters pants down without her or parental consent. This was an establish care appointment not a physical. When I called to voice my concerns they ignored me and I never got the promised call back. The doctors were not only uninformed but rushed our entire appointment as if they had a better place to be.

I really love this place I’ve been going there since it was built, it’s very convenient for me. The only thing I can say negative about it is they go through doctors extremely quick the newest doctor,Dr Colon is really caring and a good person I really enjoy going to her I hope she stays for a very long time. It’s so hard to find a good place to go and get regular GP care they’re very caring they listen and I’m usually pretty quick in and out sometimes they have an emergency which I understand. I’m happy I go there it’s one of my favorite places to go

Diana Loud APRN was great! She listened she was very warm and caring to my daughter. I actually felt like we got somewhere today and feel comfortable in my daughters plan of care. You have to be warm and caring in pediatrics and she is phenomenal at it! The front desk staff was kind and the nurse staff as well great little gem of a place and alot closer to my home than the Main office.

Would not recommend Dr. Melanie Grizzard at all. Everything was fine up until a comment was made by my doctor. She told me she was watching me put mascara on before coming inside when I was only 5 minutes late for my appointment. My original visit was for anxiety and upon telling her how I was feeling, she said that, which made me feel like I had no privacy or right to look presentable before walking into the office. The way she said it was rude as if I had bad time management skills and I was immature and not an adult when I didn't even go into my day to day schedule nor said anything rude back. She even told me I was a no show twice when I was told multiple times on multiple occasions that she was not in, caught COVID, testing for COVID, or she left early, so I've been trying to see her for over a year and a half. I have been setting appointment after appointment, but either someone gave me the wrong time, or someone sent me to another location without my knowledge after I have repeatedly said to specifically see my doctor. She seemed with having a problem with me being late about 5 minutes, and with all that said was very unprofessional. Ultimately, I will be changing doctors because I will not tolerate being disrespected by a pregnant woman, that seemed to have issues with other patients too, when I came in for some help with my anxiety plus she was making it worse to the point where I was having trouble controlling my anxiety episodes immediately after leaving the building. Having tremors, and depressed episodes the minute I got in my car. Overall, worse experience at a doctor's appointment.

Usually I don't leave reviews, but service should be a given. Now, to get things straight I'm not a jerk, I do understand that business conversation happens all the time. which may contribute to a longer wait time to be serviced. But the lady at the front desk was just talking about personal matters with her coworker and just laughing having a good time, while I just stood patiently for 5 min at the window. After she was done talking she looked at me and said "oh that was business talk" in which I just left. What's the point in lying as if I don't understand English and only speak Spanish.

Late September for an appointment!! when my 15 yr old daughter is in pain, swelling, and throwing up... Emergency room referred to see you her, her supposed primary care physician.

What a joke, you just let people suffer and die with out a care in the world...

Been going since 2014, the last year give or take, I've can't seem to get my prescriptions filled, communication is terrible. Will be going without certain meds for a couple weeks I guess. Sad
