Going to this place changed my life. Was becoming old, the Dr. ordered blood tests, a lot (!), found the problem, started me on replacement therapy. By the end of 6 months my memory, stamina, attitude was like it use to be. Kathy is great help for those of us with weight to take off. Can't praise this place enough.

I am 6`1" (73"). I weighed 239 lbs. with a waist above 42" on 13 of January 2017 when I visited Wellness and Weightloss Center for the first time. I was in desperate need to pass my PT exam for military. I originally was 265 lbs. in May 2016. I was able to get down to 240 lbs. by October 2016, but unable to get any lower from this point. Being a reservist and my hectic lifestyle, I decided to visit. I was placed on some time release tablets to help with controlling eating and gaining energy to exercise more. I watched my calories and fat gram intake, drank one gallon of water a day, and performed cardio every day for 30 minutes or longer. Luckily, my endurance was built up before performing this. I started doubling my workouts halfway through these pills. I measured in on Friday, 10 Feb 2017 with a 37" waist and weigh 218 lbs. I PASSED MY TEST! I am continuing in using the app mentioned on 13 Jan 2017, and continuing my regiment without the pill. Being off the pill has drained me some. However, I am maintaining the will power to stick with my program. I will give an update in a month. Thank you all at Wellness and Weightloss Center.
