I have been seeing Sarah Army for years now and love having her as my primary care provider. She ALWAYS takes the time to answer all of my questions and makes me feel so calm when doing so. She includes me in medical decision making and provides me with various options and data, which I appreciate. Her staff and nurses are always to friendly as well!

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical practice. Arrived on time to my appointment and waited over an hour in the waiting room. I decided to say something once I noticed they took several patients before me when I arrived earlier than them. The lady at the desk told me there was a training issue and they skipped my folder. Understanding, I sat back down in the waiting room. Then they called several more people before me. My name was never called and I decided to walk out after waiting hour and a half. This is very upsetting because I took time off work, drove 35 mins and had blood work done before hand. Very unprofessional!

Save yourself the trouble and find a different doctor office!

PA’s Sarah and Rebekah are top notch! They really keep the patients coming back. Super professional, knowledgeable and good listeners. I never feel rushed! They both listen and always address my concerns. If Sarah and Rebekah leaves the practice, I will be looking for another doctor. Where is Dr. Hernandez? I’ve only seen her once! That was during my 1st or 2nd visit to this practice. Sarah and Rebekah, please don’t leave the practice, your patients love you.

I have been going to dr. Hernandez and other doctors at this office over 13 years, they are pretty good and facility is nice. The only complaint I really have is the tv in the waiting room being always on a news channel . It always on fox news and so political. As medical facility , the sound is SO LOUD and stressful to have to listen to these news?

I never leave reviews but this is has to be done. This is by far the worst doctors office I have ever experienced in my life. I have gone without my medication for 6 weeks bc they can't seem to send my prescription to the correct pharmacy. They also never EVER answer the phone. Literally never. Not once have I called and they answered. And good luck if they call you back. Which makes it basically impossible to talk to anyone and achieve anything.

Unacceptable treatment of patients. I have been trying to see the doctor since January. They keep calling to reschedule for months out. They just tried to reschedule my July appt again! I'm a medical professional myself and can confidently say this place is a joke. A disgrace to medicine and access to care. No regard for patient care.

I've gone here for years and have always had a great experience with the PA who sees me. I am thankful for the lab being on-site and the staff there is great. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is the TV in the waiting room. It is always on Fox News. More times than I can count, I've been in the waiting room with other patients who are uncomfortable, stressed or even angry over the news. Once, a lady shook her head, got up and walked out. Every single time I'm there I hear someone complaining about it while sitting in the waiting room. I believe we all can choose our news outlet and have no issue with different opinions. However, your doctors office should be a neutral place of comfort and compassion. If you are made to feel uncomfortable prior to even being called to see a doctor, something is wrong. I've voiced this concern each time I'm there and nothing is ever done. Just put on a neutral channel (weather, travel, cooking, etc) and show your respect to all your patients.
