Can’t even get people on the dam phone! Then when you do you either wraith 30 - 40 min . Just called them 5 times and keep getting connect to the emergency line , and they can’t do Nothing! Except say oh call back in a few minutes HORRRRRRRRIBLE experience . Literally made my head hurt to even try and book an appointment. I am changing my PCP away from this horrible cheap place as soon as I get done leaving this review ! IF YOU HAVE INSURMACE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!!! Let the people who don’t have any or trynna go the cheap route use this trash place.

I only left one star review so I can left a review. This is the worst location that you can come you can make appointment you can come early to your appointment. Are you gonna have to wait till 12:20 hour to call you second they always pass person first before then you even when they don’t have appointment is that worse, worse worse that you come plus the daughter I really really mean and really they take too long. They take care of you in less than 10 minutes after you office office more than 20 minutes.

Those 3 ladies from check in and check out (not the ones on windows A thru C) the 3 that sit on the same little room need to improve their listening skills as well as the soft skills. Every other person I have interacted with are very nice and attentive, from the cleaning lady to the pharmacy and medical staff.

Dr. Behani is the best Dr I've ever had. The office is busy, but it's worth it for the personal attention and time with the Drs.

The staff is pretty nice/professional and tries to get you in a timely manner, they have a lot of patients so I understand not being able to be quicker. The only issues I really have is since they have so many patients, sometimes available appointments are weeks ahead which can be an inconvenience or the time frame if you need to be in and out.

I have only just begun to go to this clinic and it is by far the worst in Orlando. The line to get in, even with an appt is a joke. I had an appt at 10am, was on the line waiting to get in for 10 minutes and they went and cancelled my appt. What is that? I am to blame because you have no structure in your facility? What a crock. And to even try to get another appt I would have to wait another 3 months. This is crazy and highly unacceptable. Go anywhere else just not here. They do not care about you or your health. I'd of a had a better chance going to an e.r. SMH
