I won't take my dog to this place. It has no parking and next to a very busy bar and restaurant. I ended up having to park in the grass in the line way to get to my appointment, and no handicap parking available. I wouldn't even call it handicap accessible. All the doors are extremely heavy. The nurses we're nice and seemed helpful and attentive. The doctor on the other hand, was very short texting someone whilst I'm trying to tell her what was wrong. Not caring about my injury. She seemed like she was mad at me. I was on time for my appointmen, so I'm not sure what was going on. Again, I won't take my dog to this place. I'd stay far, far away. This place should have their medical license pulled.

This Dr office is horrible. Staff are so rude and unprofessional. This is my first time and my last time in that office. Dr. Bella Dattani has had a very bad attitude towards me, she has been so rude and very mean, no empathy whatsoever and she doesn’t even care about my conditions. She never even asked me how I feel and never looked at me talking to me. This was the 30 minutes most horrible experience I’ve ever experienced in a doctor office. Not recommended this office for anyone!

This doctor was absolutely terrible!! She refused to look at ANY of my prior medical records that I had!! I tried to show her them and she refused to look them!! She was VERY RUDE!! I was clearly in pain and she had the nerve to say I wasn’t in pain!! Also she was on her phone the ENTIRE TIME. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional! I can’t believe it!!

Seen her advent health orlando after my mother had a massive stroke and she was absolutely HORRIBLE!! she was rude and insensitive to what we was going through . I told the nurse I wanted nothing to do with her and didn't want her back in my mom's room or to care for my mom in anyway !! Thank God I never have to see that woman ever again

This clinic was recommended by my GYN. What a disaster! First of all I never had a chance to meet my doctor during my FIRST visit. NP just showed up like it’s so normal for the first ever visit. I do have a great health insurance and my co pay is $20… but this office charged me $100 and a month later I receive another bill for another $55, plus had to pay $70 for the blood test.
One word - scammers. Annual visit with a great insurance should be just $20 for copay.
Never again. Biggest scam around.

I have never been spoken to the way I was on the phone today by Doctor Detani. She was rude, ill mannered and dismissive of my condition. Having high blood pressure and having had two heart oblations I feel I’m within my rights to call my doctor . She was so upset that she actually was on call and had to return my call on a Sunday that was consuming her .I tried to explain my feeling ill having been sick recently .. having called her office and being told I could not get a call back that I could only make a sick appt. I called again today Sunday because I ran out of blood pressure meds and she nearly came through the phone because my call on her day off was related to a prescription refill. My guess would be if she was home dizzy right now or at work as I was today she would be concerned and would want to reach out to her doctor. She would Not want to be told to come in tomorrow for a check up or go to emergency care. I’m thinking the blood pressures prescription would have served us both well . I am an intelligent grown woman who will under no condition ever be spoken to like that again or be demeaned like that by anyone ever. Let alone a so called professional who should be caring for me when I’m in ill health.
Just and FYI her staff was ever so happy that one week she was away they do not like her either. The PA was amazing her I will miss. Recommend never going here ever!

I only met with Dr Dittani once and that was enough for me. I usually see the NP (always kind and attentive) but I am really tired of scheduling an apt. only to be seen an hour later. If they can charge us no show fees or not see us if we are late then we should be able to do the same. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I really need to find a new primary ASAP!

Bella Dattini is the furthest thing from professional. From the moment that she walked into my room, she was absolutely clueless as to why I was even in her office. During my appointment, she was paying more attention to her cell phone than me, as her patient. When I asked her a question, she had no idea what I had said. She disregarded what I was there to talk to her about, instead, she ended my appointment abruptly. When I called her Office Manager, she offered me another appointment... 🤦 Really!?!
