This practice is great! I went in for a check up for flu like symptoms and was taken care of by the doctor. The staff is attentive and the doctor is friendly and kind. I will definitely return as I made him my primary! Thank you everyone at advance preventive medicine for getting me to feeling better!

I would 100% recommended Advanced Preventive Medicine . The staff is prompt with assisting patients and scheduling . They have up to date technology so office visits are smoother. I called asking for an appointment for my son. Nicole took our insurance information and said she would call back while she reached out to Cigna. 30minutes went by and unfortunately she never got back to us. While my son is in pain, I decided to call back and was told by someone else she tried reaching out and our insurance would not cover. Meanwhile my son in pain decided to take him elsewhere. I guess they forget about when in pain. Also forgetting that we can submit the claim to the insurance is an option for us as we gladly could have paid.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the receptionists here. I was able to make a same day appointment and started receiving treatments that immediately helped me.
