I am very observant and am quite picky on customer service since that has been my field of work for the last 20 years. The service I recieved at the Vineland office was amazing. Staff very polite and very diligent. I was in and out within an hour which to me was pretty good. But wanted to highlight one specific interaction I had with Stephanie from member services. She took care of everything I called in for. She answered all of my questions with no hesitation like she really knows what she is doing. But most importantly she was friendly, empathetic and welcoming. Now that is the type of service I love. That service that makes you feel like you want to come back. KUDOS Stephanie keep up the good work.

I have been coming here for several months seeing my pcp Dr Carlos Medina. I have to say the wait time is a little long as well as scheduling appointments but I understand because it is a nice facility with wonderful physicians. I really like my pcp he is extremely thorough, I have never felt rushed out of my appointment nor have I felt my questions were not answered. He really ensures his patients are educated and well informed and sends you to specialists who will ensure your issues are taken care of. They provide you a copy with your visit and what you discussed as well as the course of action and your next appointment which I believe is super helpful. I recommend seeing a physician here for your primary needs.

I was early for my appointment. There was no check in sheet at the front so I didn’t check in. At the time of my appointment, I go to the front desk to check the status of my appointment since I started noticing people being called before me who came in after me. The front desk lady is on the phone. Two people walked in after me. A man and then a women. I wait for the front desk lady to get off the phone to inquire about my appointment. She took about 10 minutes to get off the phone. When she finally did, the lady who came in after the gentleman rudely helped herself in front of both me and the man. The front desk lady allowed it. Finally, I was able to inquire about my appointment. The front desk lady asked if I approached the front to sign in with her. I told her no. There was no sign in sheet. I informed her that she greeted me when I came in. She claims she thought I had already been there since I walked in and sat down. This place has terrible customer service skills. My last appointment I wasn’t seen until almost an hour after my scheduled appointment. Now today, I wait in line only to be skipped by some rude entitled lady and the front desk lady allows it. Me and the man who we’re waiting before that rude lady were black so I guess that explains it.

I have been calling for weeks!! and not one person answered the phone and they are holding up my surgery. My insurance needs a Letter of Medical Necessity and I can't even get through to my Doctor nor can the insurance company. Previously when I was able to get through, the staff was complete rude, disrespectful and dismissive. This whole clinic needs to do a rehire of office staff. I will be contacting a lawyer regarding this now.

Update: I have contacted the email provided and was given a delivery error. This is beyond ridiculous and this practice will be reported to the medical board.

This has never been a good experience for me coming to this location. I have been waiting for 2 1/2 months for an appointment even took the day off from work for a physical and when I arrived they didn't even have the right Dr. Working at the office the scheduled me with. I was asked to change the Dr's name with an insurance just to be able to have my Insurance pay under the correct Doctor and this was Months prior to my appt. They found whatever Doctor could see me and I was the first one at the location after their lunch break and 6 people were seen before be. Completely disorganized and unprofessional! I WILL never come back here. I ended up leaving without being seen because I had waited from 12:50 till 2:32pm and was given nothing but excuses.

I love my doctor. Dr. Wanda Villanueva is the best! I start with her on Debary and would follow her everywhere no doubt about that. She listens to everything and help me with all me needs. Now she is not only my doctor is my family as well. My boyfriend, my Mom, dad and even my grandparents when they come from Puerto Rico. We all love her. You know when someone is here to help and not only to collect money if you need a doctor that has the knowledge and experience just go and see her you would feel better trust my worlds. Thank you Wanda you are the best I don't like the office too much but you make everything work it

I had an appointment with Dr Alexis Gonzale and was nervous, the experience was amazing he listened to me and pay attention to all of my symptoms that I was having. Before I used to be on all kinds of medication and was always tired, he told me that my vitamins D was SUPER low and prescribed me VItamin D2 . As soon as I took I started to feel like myself again.
