Had a chest CT done one week ago. I believe the Radiologist report is incorrect as I monitor lung nodules regularly, yet this Radiologist didn't note any? Impossible to reach anyone at this location unless you are scheduling an appointment. I will NOT be using this facility again. Patient beware: there is NO customer service dept.

I’m absolutely DISGUSTED with how the tech treated my DISABLED MOTHER. Who is unable to get on the table by herself, my mother did not ask for anyone to lift her, but to help her move easily on the table. She said no “ I have a back injury” ok my mother has a caregiver, go get her caregiver. I can’t do that. So you’re going to watch my disabled mother who has lymphodima and arthritis, till SHE cried in the room. DISGUSTING

If I could give zero stars I could.

I was left a voicemail stating I had a large mass in my breast. I do not. What I do have is good insurance.

I have two bills that are not due yet, but I have 27 calls, texts and emails reminding me that my bill is due 9/30. Today is 9/11.

I’ve had schedulers tell me my boss is “just horrible” for not giving me the Tuesday after a holiday weekend off when I received a phone call after 3pm on Friday demanding my presence in there office that Tuesday, for further testing. DEMANDING

These people destroy lives and have no business being in healthcare.

ETA - 9.30.24:

I got your message and chose not to return your call to "get some information from me to see where you are dropping the ball and where you can improve.."

What are you hoping to resolve? How could you possibly "undo" what you did to me and my family?

If I have to explain where the ball was repeatedly dropped, then you are where the incompetence begins.

You're "sorry for any inconvenience". Your staff told me I had cancer. Your Scheduler told me I had cancer. Your scheduler left a voice mail telling me I had a large mass in my breast, which I never had. I am going to guess she isn't licensed to diagnose me or have access to my images.

If I could prove the incompetence that ended in bodily harm to me, not to mention the mental duress, was done with malice - I would SUE you!

I do not have cancer. I never had a "large mass" in either breast. But I really do appreciate your concern for my wellbeing - oh wait, there is no compassion, you're doing damage control. The only thing I was offered was a high level of incompetence.

I do thank you for reminding me to file a complaint w/ the BBB and someone should audit your facility for insurance fraud.
